Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe only negative I could point out is that the hotel restaurant didn't open until 9pm. Which was quite late to eat in my opinion. However understand this may not bother other people.
The hotel was very lovely to stay in. The rooms were adequately sized with a lovely balcony to enjoy scenic countryside views. The bathroom was very nice, I was very impressed with the shower pressure. The check-in process was nice and easier and the little village it is located in was lovely and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

RomaniaFurniture is pretty old and obsolated and the overall surroundings during the off season seemed pretty unmantained. however, what was the most frustrating situation for us was that we could not find any place open to have a meal. we ended up buying some groceries from a small market in the village and ate in the room as the receptionist informed us the restaurant will open only at 9PM (yes, in the night, you read that right!). so if you are planning on visiting during off season and in week days, either avoid this small village or bring food from a supermarket! price is HUGE for a pueblo like this and obviously not worth it. ps: we have visited beginning of March
we were searching for a remote settlement but still expected some quality giving the price. the room was a good size with a very clean bedlinen. Views over the village was nice. It was heavily raining when we arrived and around 7-8 degrees celsius and it was a blast to see that we could warm the room with the AC. Having a bottle of water in the room from the house was a nice touch.

ChinaThis is the third Tugasa hotel we stayed. it didn't disappoint us .Hotel is located in a village with very nice happy and friendly people. it was 250 anniversary of the establishment of the village the day we arrived. hotel Tugasa has its own restaurant who supplies very good food with very reasonable price and high qlty. Jose is very helpful to give us information about the village when we arrived late and missed lunch because it is full due to holiday. we had supper there as we really want to have a try (see the photos).we would love to stay there again when we come to Andalucia next time.
