Excellent spot for a stopover close to Murcia International airport. Friendly welcome. We arrived quite late but were offered a sandwich even though restaurant facilities closed. Very clean.

The receptionist (ADAA) ?? Was excellent! A very nice and friendly person & we had several conversations,she gave me local knowledge and arranged a taxi to go to the airport,she is an asset for the hotel..overall a nice & pleasant experience

I had a problem with the A/C. I was offered another room which was good - but that A/C didn’t work - the next room offered was okay - but the shower room was more a wet room and the electrics a bit iffy

The shower is over the bath, which has high sides and which doesn’t have a flat bottom and is TERRIBLY slippery. Dangerously so. So, be careful. There definitely needs to be a handgrip mounted on the wall!

We stay there just to be able to visit the famous restaurant next door :) It’s just a fun experience at “Venta la Asomada” (ventalaasomada.es). The staff are very sweet at the hotel reception.

The shower was an old style. The bed didn't have comfortable pillows but had instead a very hard bolster. It was not a comfortable nights sleep.

Easy reach for Murcia Airport. Good restaurant and bar.

These are not a criticism of the hotel but of services in this area. Expensiveness of taxis to airport and the lack of available bus service in the area.

Really conveniently situated for the motorway. Plenty of free parking, with restaurant right next door (think it is closed Mondays). Very reasonably priced traditional Spanish breakfast. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Absolutely nothing to complain about

There was a drain smell from bathroom. They tried to disguise it by a plug in smelly which was even worse. Also, very noisy with roller suitcases across tiled .. but I suppose to be expected as close to airport

The room was clean & comfortable - towels white & fluffy, clean bedding on comfy beds extra blankets for chilly nights Basic, clean &. great value. All the staff made us very welcome, checking in & out was a simple easy experience. We stayed on two occasions as it's so close to Murcia airport ( no plane noise at all) plus if you have a hire car there's a petrol station across the road. There is also a fantastic restaurant next door, booking is definitely recommended. All in all a brilliant find and great value for money, book a triple room they have a much bigger bathroom these rooms are certainly worth paying a little extra for.

We had requested a single and a separate twin room. However when we arrived we were shown 2 double rooms. This was not acceptable but luckily I had brought the written paperwork and after some negotiation we were offered a twin bedroom. The staff had limited English and we had be even more limited Spanish …but we managed to come to some understanding. As the hotel is used by many travelling to the airport, it was very noisy overnight. Overall though it did offer us an overnight stop on the way to the airport at a very reasonable rate.

Breakfast was limited but acceptable for our need . It was served at a convenient time and in a pleasant location. The adjacent restaurant was great..service and food quality. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.
