Rather dated , no tea and coffee facilities in your room. I am not complaining it was very clean and staff were lovely. Just needs bringing up to date . Obviously the price was very good and we would go again.

It was ideal location for the airport morning flight. Easy to find . Clean and tidy.

Pillows in room were so hard. No kettle or glasses. Refrigerated Lorry right outside our room all night , every 15 minutes the refrigerator started up and it was so loud kept waking us up. As we barely slept we were very tired before we went to airport.

It was clean and tidy. Staff were nice. Handy for the airport which is why we stayed, 10 minutes drive.

Everything! I was stranded at the airport, found this hotel on the spot, although, language was a barrier as I speak English and the receptionist speaks Spanish, they were still able to help me navigate. The receptionist Maria, went above and beyond, and even spoke with my friend that speaks Spanish to help, and also assisted me in finding my taxi back to the airport. Very good experience, outstanding! God bless!

Just the smell from the bathroom and it is possible for other customers to also complain.

The hotel would have been rated very good but the sewage was releasing repugnant smell into the room from the bathroom and choked me all night. I was very uncomfortable with the smell.

Happy with everything

Location perfect for us....only 10 minutes from Murcia International Airport. Very clean room , and public area very comfortable to sit and enjoy a drink or coffee. Staff very friendly. Cafeteria next door has everything you could want to eat and drink.

Wow! What a find! All the receptionists were so kind and helpful and gave us a 5 star welcome. The room was cleaned daily and was spotless. The adjoining restaurant played above its status and was rightly packed out.

I had an accident when I tried to shower in the bath, shower room not available. I climbed into the bath very carefully, turned on the taps I had not even picked up my soap/shower gel. My feet went from underneath me causing me to fall badly in the bath. There was no grab handles no bath mat and I hurt my back badly. I complained in tears to the receptionist, who tried to understand. She did not speak English, she rang her boss who spoke to me and he did understand I think. I returned to the room still in tears. Then she knocked at the door and asked did I need a doctor/ambulance. We said no because we had a plane to catch. It was 6 am when the accident happened and our plane was 10.30 we were not in any hurry. The accident was the fault of the hotel I wrote a letter of complaint giving it to the receptionist. I was in too much pain to eat breakfast.

Best quality to price (bang for your bucks) I ever encountered. Very clean, comfortable, excellent staff, Run by a great family. Very central location in the Province of Murcia. Great Restaurant next door, along With a gas station and convenience store.

Rooms were cold, water pressure very poor in the shower and a refurb is needed.

The Reception area is good and well presented. The rooms? Tired and in need of a refurb. Beds are ok ish. Bathrooms need a full refurb too. The shower was awful. Hot water now and again. The water pressure is not consistent at all, low or even lower. We stayed in January, although the weather was pretty good the room was freezing. We could use the air con but at a max of 19 degrees and it took an age to reach a warmer feeling. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall, we didn’t stay in the room that long during the two nights. Sad to say, I wouldn’t book again and wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

I guess the choice of food isn't great, but the young man made us lovely toasted sandwiches.

It's so near the airport when you a late night flight , you haven't to travel far . Would recommend it for staying there for a good night's sleep, & get to your destination in morning
