There isn't really anything we did not appreciate about our stay and room in general. So keep it up!

Location is definitely unbeatable. We enjoyed the proximity of it to all the important landmarks. Though Valencia is a "walkable" city, we still enjoyed that this place is right at the thick of things such as Mercat Central, Train Station, museums, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was also a good spread. The staff are very attentive during the breakfast service and warm food such as tortilla, bacons and sausages are indeed kept warm. Room is borderline small, but i think this should not come as a surprise and already known during booking. Overall, we had a great experience staying in this hotel and could not recommend this enough.

Fantastic hotel - perfect location in the centre of Valencia. We stayed in a quadruple room which was ideal for our short break - large room with a double and twin beds with a great view, clean and all the facilities you need (good air con, safe, coffee maker, fridge etc). All the staff were very helpful when we asked for information on where to hire bikes etc There is a small bar in reception where you can buy water, beer and coffee, with reasonable prices.

I have no issues with your hotel or staff personal. However the alleyway adjacent to the hotel has an overwhelming stench of vagrants, homeless and URIN!!

Nothing, it was fantastic in every way.

The building was beautiful and really close to all the main sights. We got the metro from the airport and walked to the hotel in a few minutes. We were celebrating my birthday and received a room upgrade, also chocolates, bubbles and a message were left in the room which was a lovely touch. The room had an incredible view of the fountain in the main square and it was lovely to sit on the balcony and take in the atmosphere. The room was spotless and tastefully decorated. The bed was huge and really comfortable and we had a fridge, tea and coffee and a free safe. The room was cleaned immaculately every day. We ate breakfast at the hotel one morning and it was a great selection which we enjoyed. The dining room was peaceful and overlooked the orange trees outside. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and made us feel very welcome. Special thanks to the young man in reception at 3am when we left yesterday who went out of his way to help us when our taxi to the airport didn’t arrive.

The hotel is just in the center of Valenthia, in the main square. The building is a traditional one and it is VERY CLEAN. The staff is very profesioinal and friendly, to support you in every request. Near 7 minutes walk is the train station and the metro station to the airport. Nearby is everyting, the bus station just on the other side, restaurants, cafès and in 8 minutes walk the main food market traditional building. The area is very quite, since there no traffic. I would definetely stay again in this hotel and recommend room with view at the square.

The room was excellent with a beautiful view of the plaza . Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good. Flavia who was our host the first day was extremely nice.
