Stylish apart hotel in a real Palacio which has been totally renovated. It is in a quiet street, but very close to everything. I am sure that I will visit Valencia soon, and now I am 100% sure where to stay.

Bathroom door didn't lock.

Perfectly located smack down in the center of Valencia. Two nice rooms, a spacious living room, and a large terrace in which to chill and check out the view. Good value overall and I wish we'd had more time in Valencia.

Unfortunately, the noise level at night from the nearby restaurants and bars is extremely loud and continues well into the early morning hours.

The location in Old Town is excellent. There are so many sights, markets, and restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed walking to the many Plazas and beautiful park areas. We also took a city bus to Malvarrosa Beach where we walked the beach, and enjoyed some rest and relaxation on loungers.

Stayed over the weekend so it was noisy outside but once window was closed I didn't really hear the street noise.

Excellent location, apartment was lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Arrived late at night and everything was ready for us and also left early in the morning and no problems with check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again. Valencia is a lovely city.

If people push chairs around in other flats (on the tiles), this can be a bit annoying noise.

Great location to all sights and a nice area as well with plenty of infrastructure around. Parking is a great plus (garage is good, not huge but should be ok for most cars). Personnel is very good.

Loved everything.

The location was excellent. The apartment was over two levels but also had 2 bathrooms which wasn’t in original description which was such a great surprise. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. A lovely large window looked down onto the street behind and whilst there was no outside space there was aircon. Plenty of supermarkets around and lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly especially when we arrived late at night after travelling all day. Will stay again.

In old town ,very spacious comfortable apartment for 6 adults staying in 3 bedroom apartment. Sofa bed in living room.Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Short distance from all the sights. Lovely bakery very close to apartment,lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The apartment is a great location and was perfect for our stay. Reception were very helpful and communicative even before arrival. The rooms were spacious and the apartment very well equipped, our stay was only three days but we felt the facilities would have been more than suitable for longer.

The bathroom and kitchen need to be renovated, as there were some broken things (door of bathroom was rotten and did not close properly; the kitchen has open cables and the kitchen doors and pantries unstable; kitchen not well equipped).

The location is central and just perfect, super close to the Mercado and Lonja, bars and restaurants. The reception is very nice and welcoming. The rooms comfortable.

Loved the location and tge character of the hotel. Our apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was super comfortable and the linen was crisp and superb.

There was a little delay for our check in. we arrived early and pre registered and was assigned a room and asked to return at 3pm when the room was ready. But when we returned we were made to wait for several people to go thru the registration process, instead of just handing us our keys.

Large 3 bedroom apartment for our group for 5, centrally located in the old town. Walkable to most places. Good restaurants, cafes and supermarket nearby.

Unfortunately the guests in the apartment above us were extremely noisy!! Apparently it was a Hens Party and furniture was being constantly dragged across the floor until approximately 11pm, until they left the apartment for the night. Even though it stated in our rules that parties were strictly forbidden and no noise after 9pm. As well as the loud yelling, thumping and furniture noise, the pipes running through the apartment in a cavity in the kitchen were constantly thumping from the numerous and long showers taken by the guests above! Fortunately those guests were only there for our 1st night, but the pipes were still noisy when being used.

The location was fantastic! Just a short walk to many places of interest, cafes and restaurants. The building and foyer area is very charming and full of character. We had the loft apartment, and it was a very comfortable size, and handy to have a washing machine.
