We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Dominican RepublicThe only thing I didnt like is that the temperature in the room was too hot. The AC is controlled by the hotel; the first day, they fix it, but the second night, I haven't a good sleep at all.
Very good service, nice breakfast, excellent location and the restaurant for dinner is very good! You can enjoy the view of the river from the tranquility of the bar. Nice surrounding, plenty of trees.

SpainThere was nothing that we didn't like. We didn't get to try out the restaurant as it was closed for a private event, but it didn't bother us at all.
Room was spacious, with all the amenities provided. It was the first time we stayed in a hotel with our little dog and we felt very welcomed. They had a little dog care package in the room, ie bowl for water, pads and some canned food just in case you need them! We felt this extra touch was very nice. Parking was a bonus, as when you come by car you always worry about where to leave it safely and we didn't have to worry at all.

United KingdomThe bathroom needed updating. Old grouting had mildew in the shower/bath At 70 and 76 years old, climbing in and out of a very narrow bath to take a shower is not very safe or easy. For a 4* hotel, the towels were not up to standard, quality wise.
The gothic look is great. Staff were friendly Location is so convenient for the ferry port and the area of Santurce is worth a stroll to. The lovely terrace where you can have breakfast or a late night drink Quaint seating areas around the hotel. Secure parking The breakfast was good Beds were comfy

IrelandThe restaurant staff could be nicer and more accommodating. When asking for a child's portion, the request was denied and suggested that we share the adult plates with her. The noise in the street at night was very noticeable, the train and the people at the train station! And the hair was very dry.
The location and the beautiful architecture of the building was a plus. The reception staff was also nice and accommodating.

IrelandPoor selection menu, in the restaurant, no bar food available, bar only opened for about 2 hours in the evening, couldn't get lunch, as there was a private function on. Very disappointed, had to get a sandwich from a small shop set up in the foyer, which was awful, no tea coffee facility in the room. Such a shame, as this really is a beautiful hotel, as they could offer a much better food service. I would use them again, but would bring a picnic.

United KingdomRoom wasn't ready at the stated check in time and the garage was difficult to get into as the intercom didn't seem to work properly. House keeping entered the room an hour before check out time.
Room size was good and air con worked well. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were allowed to keep our motorcycles parked in the garage and kept our luggage at the hotel for the afternoon after our check out time for free.
