The bathroom is very small, little to know room. No AC in the room, only in the lobby.

In my room- had to squeeze by the sink and hold it to be able to sit on the toilet; the shower was ‘bijou’ as well. Mattress was way too hard. Hotel guests will be noisy and you can hear everything . Lack of plugs ( 1 in bathroom and 1 high next to bed)

Staff was very helpful. Room and the whole hotel were clean. Location is ok . Room was big, had a wardrobe, desk and tv.

There is air con but not an individual unit so you couldn't control it, but fortunately it was nice and cool through the night. (We visited the hottest weekend of the year!)

Weird system in shower, so the water spills all over the bathroom, rooms just ok, nothing special. Depends of the room, but in mine there is a view at the wall across the street

Corridor smelled like a cigarettes. When heating/air ventilation was on at night the smell was released to room too. I think they have to fix it. So I had to sleep with open window and jacket. That happened 1 out of my 2 nights there.

A proper standard hotel. Nice for a night or a few. Motivated staff, clean rooms, fair location. Not sure about public transport but bars and Restos are walking distance. It's a quiet area and safe from what I could gather. It was a good night.

I would really have liked a kettle in the room so that I could make a cup of tea. There was an occasional bad smell from the drain in the shower. On one night of my four the air conditioning ran all night and was a bit noisy and draughty; I couldn't see anywhere to turn it off.

The room was small but comfortable; bathroom was a little cramped (a large person might struggle) but perfectly adequate for me and with a good shower ; the hotel was well located in the city centre but not in a really busy (or noisy) place. Reception and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The shower wasn’t easy to use and the wifi didn’t work in the bedroom (but was fine in the lobby).

The location was great, a short walk across the river from the main centre. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well.

The location was great. Near a beautiful park and just over the river to the centre of town. The room was quiet and cool despite the heat, very clean and confortable. Basic, but at that price I just want clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Don't expect luxury. My single room was rather gloomy (and small). I had the luck to get one of the few single rooms with street view, but still not a very pleasant place. Why are single rooms often like this? My half board dinner was strange: the restaurant claims to serve local dishes, but I got a Wiener schnitzel with rock hard, baked potatoes. Breakfast was served in the big hotel opposite and it was a rather busy and stressful affair. Not helped by a complicated coffee machine. But all in all not a bad experience, also price wise.

Everything was there and working. So for one or two nights while visiting Murcia it's a good place to stay. The hotel is not really in the old town, but within walking distance.
