We had a fantastic stay at UNIQ Flats! The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was perfect – close to shops and restaurants but away from the busy streets. It had all the amenities we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi, which made our stay even more convenient. I highly recommend this flat for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable holiday!

What a wonderful place to stay in Old Town Alicante. The apartment was so clean and contained everything one would need to make their stay comfortable. It is very close to the wonderful beach and numerous bars and restaurants as well as the castle. The host Alain was wonderful and provided all the information you would need to access the property as well as any ad-hoc information on the local area and parking etc. We wanted to book again for the night before our flight from Alicante airport but it was all booked. We will definitely stay here again.

Late booking for us so we could only get apartment with Juliet balcony but will make sure I book earlier next time for top floor balcony with castle view. Although there is no formal reception area our queries were answered and actioned promptly.

Second time staying here for weekend visits. Excellent location for everything Alicante has to offer. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

The best accommodation I've ever had. We had offered the duplex apartments with terrace and private Spa bath. Omg what a night, loved all. The apartment was brand new. Outstanding I mean amazing shower, comfy bed, sofas etc. Definitely will come back and book at least for a week this time. It was a little misunderstanding with the cleaning stuff on the first day but later everything was perfect.

Very good location, good contact with the owner, good equipment of the apartament. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The apartment was excellent as was the area but we arrived at 10pm, in the middle of a festival and there was nowhere to park or even get close to the apartment as all roads had been closed off. It would have been helpful to have been warned of this as the 20 minute drive from the airport became a 2.5 hours before we could get near the apartment. The following day was also a festival evening and they started to close the roads early. It would have been really helpful to have been informed of this before arrival

A lovely little apartment, cleaned daily with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is close to the port and many places to eat. The air con kept the bedroom comfortable at night.

The only negative was the air con. It did not work well in general, don't think it worked in the bedroom upstairs at all.

We had the duplex apartment and it was very spacious. Very clean and maid service. Lovely terrace to relax on although doesn't get full sun. Water and fizz on arrival which was a lovely touch. Communal washing machine which was handy. Located in the old town and close to everything.

Beautiful Spacious Luxurious Duplex Apartment even a complimentary half bottle 🍾 of Champagne 🥂 with 2 glasses in the fridge await you on arrival. The attention to details was exceptional including a beautiful outdoor Jacuzzi on the balcony with a stunning view of the Castle. The owner Alain is an absolute gentleman and could not do enough to ensure that you have the best holiday experience ever. I would likely recommend the UNIQ Flats essentially the top floor duplex maisonette apartment. We will definitely be back.

Everything! Very comfortable bed and great shower. Massive TV with Netflix etc! Lovely little touches like tea, Nespresso coffee maker, water and a little bottle of cava! Perfect!

Everything was great, so we have no complaints.

The location of the apartments is superb, and if like us, you book flat No 4 you will have access to a lovely large terrace with a hot tub, a sea view, and also a view of Santa Barbara castle which is spectacular. It was easy to communicate with Alain and to get access to the property for our late arrival. Beautifully decorated and functional apartment, close to the best parts of Alicante, the beach, the old town, the castle, and the Art museum. We had a great time in Alicante thanks to this apartment:) We would definitely stay here again!

The communication with the host Alain was superb. This was a last minute booking for me but immediately after I booked I received contact from Alain with clear check-in instructions. As I was arriving by car, Alain suggested where I could park the car. He was available for local recommendations and a contact number was given for any emergencies. Water, coffee and a little welcome drink provided was a nice surprise. The location is perfect to walk around old town Alicante. Highly recommended.
