Size of the room was very small for 2 people with luggage. Very difficult to move in the room.

Location was excellent. In the old city of Santa Cruz. Great for young people with very little luggage.

Parking was convenient and in close proximity.

Receptionist Justin was very knowledgeable and friendly. Reception offered beverages and snack upon arrival and in the morning. Our room were small but was clean and had all the necessities required. All the rooms have access to the 3 rd floor terrace. Elevator was wonderful.

When booking the room one of the conditions was parking. The parking was a public one, we needed to wait to get one space, and the price per day was 25€. No mention of that when we booked it. Very disappointed

There was a lot of light in room from reception area as curtain too thin.

We only stayed for one night before we flew home and had booked cheapest rooms. They were right off reception area and had no outside windows but it was ok for one night. Had glass window on to reception, with curtain. Free tea and coffee in the lobby. Friendly reception staff.

If possible pay little extra and choose the room upstairs. Our room was just beside reception and sometimes it was a bit noisy outside.

Close to city center and walking distance from tourist attractions. The housekeeping lady Marian was very sweet and she cleaned and made our room everytime so nice - a big thanks to her!

I was surprised that my room was totally internal. No external windows. It didn't matter to me as I was on my own. It used the room to sleep in, I was at a family wedding.

The staff were excellent and professional. It was close to the centre of the old town. Adjacent to bars and restaurants.

The only issue we had was trying to find parking close by as all the public parking near the hotel was full on the day we travelled, however we have travelled to Seville before and never had this issue.

The location was great and for a one night stay in Seville, this was a comforable and quaint hotel. Staff were very friendly.

Amazing experience to stay in a traditional Sevilla courtyard in the heart of the city. Walking distance to the main attractions that the city has to offer. The staff was friendly and helpful.

* The room contains a very beautiful electric kettle and cups... but there is no complimentary coffee/tea/milk/sugar/anything in the room, so it is useless. * The WiFi is not very fast. And the hotel is not very large (~15 rooms) so it is not because there was too much people using it, probably. * The instructions in the room say "to avoid incidents, close the window"... but the window is an old wood window which does not properly close. * The door is handled with a classical physical key, not a card... but I do not know if putting this in the "like" or "dislike". Not usual, but retro. :-PP

* Located in the center of Sevilla, for an affordable price. * Complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby during the morning. * Very beautiful, it is like a classical Andalusian "patio". * Surprisingly comfortable bed and pillows.
