It is over 3km to walk into the city. Much of the route is through the industrial area and there is no bus service.

The hotel is well situated for a stop over when traveling with good parking. The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent and the staff very friendly. In some rooms you get a wonderful view over the. Historic city.

Nothing really, all was great!

The location is good, but still need a taxi to town. Around 10euro one way. The staff is super friendly, particularly night time staff. We went early and the gentleman offered us a coffee to go and few sandwiches, very nice touch ! The prices for the great food is very good 👍🏻 The beds are clean and spacious. Great Internet speed. Matrasses are firm and the shower room has a very large shower heads, which is really cool !

Upon arrival, the room was smelling smoke; the floor was also sticky - they should consider to mop the floor with some suitable product - better maintenance should be considered. The rest of the days, better.

The reception and foyer area is a little disjointed. It accommodates all entrances into different function rooms. The bar is also in the foyer and the breakfast and restaurant entrance is beside that all in all a very busy area. However, that is just an observation

Location chosen because of parking facilities and just outside centre. Even though there were 2 busy functions in the hotel staff were attentive and pleasant to us. Dining area was comfortable and overlooking the garden area. Food was very good and the staff looked after us very well.

I didn't like the fact that I could hear the water running in some pipes while I was sleeping (I woke up with the sounds) And its not a dislike because I was told from the start that it was not included but I would have felt better if the breakfast was included

Air conditioning system was suspended by the hotel. Very hot at the room.

We thought we could walk to city but we're told we would have to travel on a main road with no footpath so not advisable. So we drove to city and parked

Very efficient staff, good English. Helpful as we wanted to drive to city. Advised good free parking area which worked out well for us.

I'm unsure if anything specific was happening on my floor, but the couple in the room next to us made a lot of noise at night. This was the only downside of our trip.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and the hotel was well-located. As a plus, they had a private parking lot for a fair price and an excellent breakfast (for the price).

The on,y small complaint I have is that there is no kettle, tea, coffee. However as we knew this from previous visits we did bring our own but it does seem for a hotel that satisfies every other need that this is a small omission.

For us a great location, just off the motorway and a perfect stopover en route to Isla Canela . The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. They noticed we had visited before and shortly after arriving we were presented with a small box of chocolates and bottled water. The half board deal was fantastic value for money with a good selection for dinner and as always the breakfast has great fresh choices.

Heating in our room did not work and was told by reception that it did not come on till midnight which is not good when sitting in your room and cold when getting up on morning.

Breakfast was of excellent quality and good choice of items more than we were expecting
