Our room began to be cleaned before we checked out. We carried some of our things into the car and left a bag of groceries and a jacket in the room and gone to drink coffee in the restaurant. We entered the room and our things were no longer there, and the room was already being cleaned. Of course, they gave us everything, but the situation is terrible. Don’t do this anymore! The food in the restaurant is terrible. Breakfast was disappointing with tasteless cappuccino, poached eggs and croissants. When they brought us 4 small croissants, 2 of them empty and 2 with almost no filling, I expected that they would bring more jam or Nutella, but this did not happen. although the restaurant itself is very cozy, with a gorgeous view of the sea. The service was also terrible. We waited a long time for eggs and the waitress was not friendly.

The hotel is really nice, with clean and spacious rooms, well furnished. There is tea and coffee machine in the room, which was very helpful not to drink terrible coffee in the restaurant and a mini fridge. A small pool in the spa and sauna, although the sauna was chilly. Well, the girls at the front desk were friendly, but it wasn’t all perfect. At my request they brought an iron and very quickly.

Non of the outdoor pools is heated. Showers in Spa Area do not function due to government instructions. Sauna was broken. Staff in reception area is less welcoming and a little moody.

Lovely hotel at good location near Barcelona Airport. Very nice rooms. Great interior design. Great food in the restaurant and very good service in F&B outlets.

This hotel is perfect to relax. It is beautifully decorated and cosy at the same time. Its location in front of the beach makes is a perfect match for a combination of a Barcelona city trip and a relax morning walk on the beach. The staff was always attentive to meet all our needs and always friendly. I will certainly come back.

restaurant did not open until 8 pm. Since I had to catch a taxi at 0400 the next day for an early flight, I would have appreciated an earlier meal. I had to walk offsite to find another restaurant that was open earlier.

A friend visited me and we were told to pay 30 euros to use the pool for 30 minutes even though we were going to have lunch after. I’d asked reception before if I could invite a friend to use the facilities and they said yes.

The sauna and indoor pool were very quiet and the food at the restaurant was great.

THE PLACE IS JUST AMAZING. The hotel is newly renovated, the lobby and restaurant are super clean, neat, and fancy. The rooms are fancy, beautiful, neat, and clean. The employees are so friendly and always respond to whatever the request is. It is located on a beach and they have spa, infinity pool, and gym. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

The restaurant charged me 15 euros to add 3 pieces of aubergine and 3 small tomatoes. The server told me that it was included in my meal but charged me for it. I thought it was a lot for what you got.

The hotel is amazing! I loved the rooms and the views are amazing.
