The restaurant is expensive and the menu a bit confusing for Americans. It is a bit far from Barcelona city center.

The location was awesome. Right on a nice quiet beach with an Exclusive beach club vibes. Close to the airport. The room was very large and had a luxury feel. The bathroom is great for a couples romantic stay but would be awkward for others. There’s a nice restaurant and cocktail bar right on site. They staff is very kind and attentive.

In the middle of the night a tree fell in the fence just in front of our balcony. As it blocked the entrance, fireman had to remove it at 3AM. I understood it was a matter of public services safety, that's ok. Nevertheless, at 7:30, the chainsaw started again, this time within the hotel. I had to be very firm and sort of rude to convince the reception it was absolutely not reasonable to start this before 8AM. The hotel does not accept children nor pets.

Breakfast is great, it is worth it. Restaurant in front of the beach is pleasant. Gym is well equiped. The cleaning team is very polite.

The food and drinks were expensive but the setting made it worth the splurge.

The beach location was the best aspect of the hotel for me. The beachside seating was very exclusive and made a day at the beach very enjoyable.

Food/dining hours are not 24/7. You have to remember to remind staff to turn the sauna on 20-30 mins before using it.

a tropical feel. staff are nice. spa/sauna/indoor pool is 24/7. Pool is very warm. Great sea view from my room. Overall, a fantastic stay. Will be coming back. Good for old people too, who wants a quiet seaside holiday.

Our room began to be cleaned before we checked out. We carried some of our things into the car and left a bag of groceries and a jacket in the room and gone to drink coffee in the restaurant. We entered the room and our things were no longer there, and the room was already being cleaned. Of course, they gave us everything, but the situation is terrible. Don’t do this anymore! The food in the restaurant is terrible. Breakfast was disappointing with tasteless cappuccino, poached eggs and croissants. When they brought us 4 small croissants, 2 of them empty and 2 with almost no filling, I expected that they would bring more jam or Nutella, but this did not happen. although the restaurant itself is very cozy, with a gorgeous view of the sea. The service was also terrible. We waited a long time for eggs and the waitress was not friendly.

The hotel is really nice, with clean and spacious rooms, well furnished. There is tea and coffee machine in the room, which was very helpful not to drink terrible coffee in the restaurant and a mini fridge. A small pool in the spa and sauna, although the sauna was chilly. Well, the girls at the front desk were friendly, but it wasn’t all perfect. At my request they brought an iron and very quickly.

Non of the outdoor pools is heated. Showers in Spa Area do not function due to government instructions. Sauna was broken. Staff in reception area is less welcoming and a little moody.

Lovely hotel at good location near Barcelona Airport. Very nice rooms. Great interior design. Great food in the restaurant and very good service in F&B outlets.

This hotel is perfect to relax. It is beautifully decorated and cosy at the same time. Its location in front of the beach makes is a perfect match for a combination of a Barcelona city trip and a relax morning walk on the beach. The staff was always attentive to meet all our needs and always friendly. I will certainly come back.
