Only some noisy turists at nights can be heard through the open windows from the street.

Extra helpfull personnel. Location almost at the coastline was very convienient. Beautifull viewes from the balcony. Delicious food at lunches and dinners, including plenty of fish, seefood, fruits and cakes...

Wifi was so bad, I had difficulties during connection, because connection cut several times without any reason.

Staff was very helpful, especially in the restaurant I had very good experince. Also front desk was good but I think you need to have more people at the front desk because of the hotel capacity. Also they upgraded my room free of charge and it was amazing.

Amazing hotel, staff very friendly! The buffet had a good choice of food/ diff variety’s every night. The rooftop pool was amazing and the views were beautiful, we went on the 01/10/23 and it wasn’t busy by the pool we always got a sunbed! U can’t hear the trains at all at night which is a bonus. The location was a great, right next to restaurants, bars and only 10 min walk from train station. I stayed here with my boyfriend I’m (22yrs old) and we had an amazing time would 100% go again. The staff also gave us some sweets and a little card when we left which was very cute. This hotel is 100% great value for money, for what you get it’s an absolute bargain! Would 100% recommend ! Also the frog bar a few doors down is a amazing to!

All staff was very helpful. There was an "altercation" in the breakfast room that I put down to the laguage barrier. Due to this we had a couple of free dinners, this was a bit off a surprise. A surprise that made us very happy and pleased. The staff at the front desk also needs to be given a big thumbs up for beeing very helpful.

Clean room, variety of food, location. We got a bottle of champagne from the hotel on our last day, which was a really nice gesture. One of the receptionist a young man,was extremely helpful, unfortunately cannot recall his name.

The quiz program and the Zumba evening which were cancelled at the last minute.

The Hotel is centrally located with a walking distance between two train stations (Santa Susanna and Malgrat de Mar). Also, the bus pickup to and fro to the airport is right in front of the hotel which makes it very convenient with large bags. The hotel has rooms that are clean and spacious and the sheets and towels are changed every day. The staff is super awesome especially Martha (at reception) and Lola (at the restaurant). Both of them went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Although the hotel has entertainment every evening, the standouts were the Flamenco Dancing Night and the Magic Show. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a bottle of wine a day before we left.

The room had spots of dirt on walls when we arrived, but cleaning staff fixt it right away. It's a 4 star hotel. Should have higher standard on things. It's written that they provide shower gel and shampoo. Had to ask for it every day. Some towels had stains or hols on them No pool towels provided.. The balcony was not ckeand

Great beds and breakfast. Shower, amazing water pressure. Fantastiskt beach cross the road. The train tracks are right outside the hotel, but it didn't bothered us at all. Easy access to trains station that takes you to the airport and Barcelona. Return ticket to Barcelona 11 euro . Do you whant to travel around the costline and see more cities is it not great options north. The train takes you in land after a couple of stops. It much better south.

As an all-inclusive service, and cause the hot weather, it was expected to get free drinks.

Tropic Park Hotel is a great Place for the vacation. Staff are very nice and friendly. Super delicious foods with happy ambience. A quiet and calming place. I would absolutely recommend it .👍

Soundproofing was horrible (both the outside, the neighbors and hallway noises were very clearly audible from within the room all night long), room doors don't have soft close so it is very loud whenever someone closes his/her door, bathroom was not separated from the room (no door), swimming pool looked much nicer in the pictures, animation was really loud, restaurant was very noisy and busy

Needs to be updated, more privacy for bathrooms, updated lobby and breakfast available outside.

The staff of the hotel were wonderful. The hotel is fine if you are expecting 3 star accommodations. I had no problem with it as this was what we were expecting. We also had a bathroom with no door for the shower area, which was not comfortable for us (family with adult children and young teen). But that may not bother others.

The night front desk clerk was rude, we didn't feel welcomed at all. She gave the impression of being angry at us or afraid of us, even though we were a family with two babies. Every member of the family noticed her unfriendly attitude. There was another guy who was very nice though. The hotel is a little dated

Buffet shown on pictures is very misleading, food selection and temperature was disappointing. We were served raw chicken (acknowledge that this is a one off event but did ruin our stay).

Property was very clean and reception staff were very helpful and spoke great English. Right next to the beach and pool was lovely.

Pool was dirty, room cleaning came at 2-4pm when wanted to relax at room, poor English speaking stuff ( when having breakfast and dinner at grill), even when there is small amount of people there was huge queue. Poor evening ( for whole 8 days of staying) there were all the same every day

Near is not crowded beach (maybe because of small amount of tourist), promenade where you can walk at evening, near are grocery ( about in 10min walking ), train station ( about in 10min walking )
