Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThe room assigned to us had a bad odor coming from the bathroom, the AC was not working, and the Window could not be open (ground floor); hence, it was impossible to get rid of that odor. The next day we were changed to a different room where the conditions were fine.

You can walk over a foot bridge in ten minutes from the airport, taxi is into the city and back 35 Euros , the Roses metro underground is outside the front door into the city centre. Great location

Russiasometimes hot water was not hot enough but overall I took a good shower. No wardrobe, but there is a place with hangers.
The crucial for us was the location near the airport and metro-station. It is a 10 or 15-walk from the airport to the entrance of the hotel. And it felt quite safe (you are not walking on a highway, there is a special way for pedestrians) The entrance o the metro station Rosas is just in front of the entrance to the hotel. The staff was very friendly even late at night (about 2am) The floor in the corridors is carpeted so no noise from late arrivals. The windows are perfect. No noise from outside. They provide two electronic keys (cards) The room was clean, beds are good. There were 4 towels for 2 people.

Easy to find. Location fantastic for the airport which is an easy walk up a dedicated well lit pedestrian path. You cannot go wrong. I felt perfectly safe doing it alone at 0400 ! The room was though basic, spotlessly clean as were the communal areas. There were some shops/cafes nearby if you wanted to use them. No kettle in room though that didn’t bother me. I didn’t stay for breakfast as had a very early flight so cannot rate that.

IrelandNo place to really sit and relax while waiting around. Only basic facilities. The bar/ cafe didn't appear to be opened at all.
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially regarding help on how to get tickets for the metro train and what stops to get on and off at. We very much appreciated it. Our flight didn't leave until very late in the evening and it was great that our bags could be kept until then in a secure luggage storage area.

NetherlandsEverything was good, except the lack of common sense of the the front office employee and the security guard very early in the morning, we asked them how to get to the airport walking ( they only said that it was 7 to 10 minutes walking) they were unable to warning us that the state of the road brought us to airport was in construction and the street were completely open and it was like 400 meter walking with the suitcases which they got damaged… and to complete our journey walking to the airport, we couldn’t find any safe entrance to reach the airport building which we had walked into the highway to reach the building… if someone warning us about the road and the construction, of courses we rather have a taxi to avoid the damage of the suitcases… Sincerely Karina Silva

One minute walk from the metro station, 6 minutes walk to airport departures hall (disregard previous comments here or on other sources citing you have to cross a 4 lane road, there's now an underpass and signs guiding you right to the airport on a safe path), reasonably clean. Friendly staff took care of check in quickly.
