The stairs could be awkward for some (watch your head!) and the downstairs toilet quite small. Not serious problems.

A well equipped and comfortable stay. Walking distance to the bus, metro (10 mins to the city centre) and supermarket. Very clean and tidy, and the host was very helpful. Recommended

This place is just excellent. The apartment is extremely comfortable, offering very cozy beds and all amenities and appliances that could be needed to have pleasant, enjoyable stay in Madrid. The place is in a good location with easy access to public transportation to reach the city's most important areas, for tourism or business. The host is extremely nice, friendly, attentive and courteous, he makes guests feel truly welcome. He even gave us a basket with delicious, freshly baked bread!

I didn't like the small steps to the loft bedroom and I ended up sleeping on the sofa. That was my choice, though, and not a reflection on the place. Being older, I wanted to be close to a bathroom for trips during the night. The downstairs bedroom does have a close bathroom. This location is far from the airports and railway stations. Again, this was my unfamiliar with Madrid choice, not a reflection on the place. As an improvement, I would suggest to have a list of nearby restaurants, bars, and cafes. We did not enjoy the recommendation of the restaurant and there were places much closer (being we were walking).

The place is very clean and modern. The owner was very kind and helpful. He did help us reserve a taxi for the early morning which was perfect. He also gave us a recommendation for a restaurant. There is a large TV with several apps. The kitchen looked well-appointed. My son and I were there for only a few hours, so we don't really have too much to say. I would recommend this place if you know the area. The neighborhood seemed pleasant and safe. There is a lovely park not too far.

I liked it but stairs can be a challenge for some people. In a neighborhood so there is some outside noise. Downstairs bathroom is a bit small.

Everthing! What a fabulous find, we absolutely loved it, the host Tibe was brilliant, he even offered to pick us up at the airport, he gave us a full viewing of the property which had absolutely everything for a perfect stay, including free underground parking. The apartment was immaculate & outstandingly clean, Tibe even provided fresh coissants/pastries for breakfast, highly recommend this property, thankyou for a great stay will definitely be back on our next trip to Madrid

Very little. A bit more kitchen space and a towel for drying dishes would have been good. The lights on the stairs down to the bedroom are on a sensor and went on as soon as you approached the downstairs toilet, not ideal if you are trying to sleep and your partner has to get up in the night!

Almost everything. The place was very well appointed, very modern. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable (there is a second bed on the mezzanine level, unused by us). The shower was huge and had a lovely large head. There were lots of kitchenware including a Nespresso machine, complete with pods, a toaster and microwave. The towels and linen were of good quality. It was easy to access the centre of the city, only a short walk to the metro. If you are in a car it's perfect as there is free secure parking a very short walk away.

No faults really. It is a little far from the centre but easily accessible with public transport or taxi and we knew this before booking so it wasn't a problem for us.

The apparent was really clean and everything we needed was there. Very comfy beds. The host was also very polite and helpful and checked in with us during our stay.

This is not a complaint or criticism, just something worth knowing - the rooms are cleverly delineated by the very stylish and funky staircases to the basement and the mezzanine, but there are no actual doors to separate them. There is definitely privacy in the bedrooms from the living area, just no physical doors.

Our hosts here were so thoughtful and helpful! Unexpectedly, the fridge and pantry were both stocked with drinks and snacks, and each day we had fresh pastries for breakfast! The televisions are enormous, with full access to multiple streaming services, which delighted our teens. The beds were very comfortable. The parking was in a secure garage very close to the apartment. Close to the bus and train routes, and the busses and trains are so frequent it made transit to the city easy and was preferable to staying in very busy central Madrid.

AMAZING !!!! The most kind and gracious host I have EVER had !!! This was easily our favourite stay in the 3 weeks we were in Europe. 10/10 I can not recommend enough!! So close to everything and jsut outside of the eco zone so you don’t get a ticket if you’re driving in from another place without the eco sticker. The apartment had everything we needed and then some. They even had a towel warmer in the bathroom!!! Hot water on tap and enough for everyone to shower! If you’re considering, stay here!

The property was perfect for my group of three friends to stay in Madrid. It was very modern and comfortable with lots of great amenities. Mario was an amazing host, he made sure we were comfortable at all times and went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. We will definitely be booking again next time we’re in Madrid!
