Nothing too much to complain about, just a little more cleanliness to the room and if possible add a full length mirror and iron.

Wonderful customer service, that operates 24/7. Smooth check in/check out process. Morning coffee and muffin station (however would have liked the coffee station available a little longer in the afternoon but no big deal) room was a great size and large bathroom. Close to the major locations without being on the Main Street. Great little coffee shops around.

A proper door in the bathroom in a shared room would be ideal for privacy. Room was a bit small but very manageable and I would stay here again

Prvate terrace was lovely. The room was ideal. Shower and bathroom were lovely. Free coffee and muffins were lovely and the communal spaces were great. The lockers were very handy. Excellent location.

Close to the train and plenty of shops and restaurants around. Walkable to lots of places. We walked to the gothic quarter each day. They kept our luggage before check in and after check out which was super helpful.

We loved the location, as it was between the central attractions and the more western attractions. In a very sedate part of Barcelona, but with good food options. The hotel is midrange, but it feels well loved and well maintained.

Great location in the beautiful l’eixample neighbourhood. The room is very charming with a cute balcony overlooking the street. Great clean and chilled water is always available. They give you a bottle to refill.

The room was extremely small. But if you are not sitting in the hotel all day long, it is not a problem.

The location of the hotel is perfect. And room was clean and tidy. Liked terrace and morning coffee with small pastries available for guests. And water - available 24/7. Nice interior.

The room was smaller than I expected. The balcony overlooking the garden common area was spacious, however, we were there during a heat wave so we couldn't enjoy it much except late at night or early in the a.m. There is not a closet or chest of drawers, so inside this very small space you MUST stay organized. We were traveling for two weeks and we had one large and one small suitcase, but still, we had to live out of those cases for the most part and they took up a lot of room which made it hard to maneuver, especially to go to the bathroom at night. There was a small space to hang six items and there were three small cubbies but that was it. The AC was just not up to the job of actually cooling the room to 23C, which is where we set our home in the US during a heat wave. The controller did not actually allow us to control much as far as temperature and air flow, so we were not always comfortable because of the July heat. I wanted an ice coffee one afternoon but the coffee makers are turned off after 10 a.m. and that seemed like a cost-saving strategy, but I question how much money it actually saves the hotel, which is a small establishment. There was no ice maker, but there is a small mercado directly across the street where you can buy ice, so that worked out. There is no place near the entrance/exit of the hotel to sit and meet people, which is fine, but normally one might expect a common area near the front desk. The common area is the garden area in the back. The hotel is nice, but more detailed explanations are always helpful so that travelers know what to expect.

The location was fantastic. There is tons to do within walking distance and the more common tourist destinations (Sagrada Famlia, Park Gruell, Picasso Museum) and other neighborhoods were a quick and inexpensive taxi ride (compared to New York City). The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and we appreciated the lockers to store our luggage since we traveled overnight and our room was not ready that early in the morning. The room was fairly clean, the shower pressure was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice. I liked the coffee bar and pastries in the a.m. to help us get going and head out for the day. The water machine was also a bonus because we don't buy plastic water bottles so I appreciated being able to fill them with filtered water. The balcony was spacious and relaxing with a nice view of the garden common space.

The reception and corridors are a bit rundown. They do not give a nice first impression, nor a nice feeling to come back to that every day.

Our room was simple but nicely decorated and it was big. A nice surprise since we stayed for 8 days. The bed is also big which is a nice plus. We had a window facing the road so it had lots of natural light. Very quiet both during the day and at night. And the temperature was low (probably around 19-20 degrees) so it was nice to comeback and to cool down.

Internet sucked. We were there for work, so it became a real problem for us. Wit the price you pay, you’d expect at least some basic breakfast. Only muffins and coffee were offered.

The terrace is awesome! Free drinking water, all the time.
