As I was warned, in Barcelona on the weekends, people come home at 2:00 after the bars, and at 5:00 after the clubs. They are loud but settle down and go to bed after a few minutes. My host offered to talk to them, but the noise didn’t last, so I just waited and went back to sleep.

This apartment was the perfect place for me to stay. I love the space, comfort, and facilities provided. Alejandro was an attentive and informative host. I loved his recommendations.

Bed mattress was too soft for me to sleep comfortable. The wall couldn't block outside noises well enough so sometimes we had to wake up due to other guest's dialog or steps at 2AM.

Good small size apartment which is well equipped(such as washing machine,refrigerator,coffee maker and various dishes. .).Alejandro was very kind owner and has excellent communication skill in English.Good location in old town of BCN and many good restaurants near by.

The air conditioner leaked on our first night and made a large puddle on the floor. Alejandro responded very quickly and fixed it the next day.

It lacked natural light being on the back of the building but the bonus of having a room on the back of the building was the lack of noise so you cannot have it all.

Alejandro was a great host. Made us feel very welcome. Gave us lots of information on the area. Location of property was fantastic. Apartment was clean and a fab kitchen and bathroom. Would book again.

It was a pleasure dealing with Alejandro. The place was very clean and accessible to all areas. The only very slight downside was having to lower/raise the Murphy bed so we could eat at the table but this was not a big deal but just a heads-up so travellers are not surprised ;) thankyou for a wonderful stay!

Super host Alejandro was such a joy to speak to. Before I arrive, he already contacted me to give me advice and solve some unexpected issue. Aftet I arrived, he met me at the flat and gave me fantastic advice on restaraunts and places to visit. My colleagues and I tried one afterwards, it was really good. We loved it! The flat is located by a main street, but not noisy at all. It's compact but super clean. I would call it a studio in UK standard. There are two beds, which both can be pushed up to hide behind the wall. The weather was unusually cold when I stayed, hence the room was towards chill side due to lack of central heating. But it'a bearable. Shower cube was spacious and modern. There are some stools and foldable chairs you can use if you need to use the desk. The only thing I thought could be added is a long mirror so one could see how she/he looks before going out. This studio is great for solo or a couple travellers.

Absolutely nothing! Alejandro is one of the kindest and helpful host we've ever encountered.

Alejandro personally made time to meet with us for the check-in process. He's super friendly and helpful. He gave us alot of tips and tricks for our whole stay. He provided us with a map of the city with suggestions on where to visit and where to have really good food. Definitely 1000% trust Alejandro's food recommendations ~ every single restaurant was spectacular. The unit itself is very conveniently located. It was walking distance to literally all the attractions. We only took the public transit ONCE and that was going to Parc Guell. Other than that, everything is close by. The unit is very clean and had everything that we needed. We couldn't ask for more! We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Barcelona!

There are a lot of rules to follow. Lucky none of them are hard to follow. Although we were warned about the loud clicking noise of the shower door it was still uncomfortable to deal with. The noise travels through the building very easily so you can hear a lot of the comings and goings.

The beds were super comfy! Even though the apartment is small it is well thought out so you have a lot of space. The host was lovely and shared some great recommendations, many of which we checked out and loved! Wifi was great and the place was really well kept.
