There's nothing I can think of I didn't like

The service - all our queries were answered before and during our visit. For Eg, we asked about access, and it was explained to us about ramps, hills, etc. Everything was as promised.. Any what's app contact from us was answered immediately We locked ourselves out of our safe and sent a what's app, and someone arrived at our door within 10 mins Cleanliness - so clean throughout the complex and our apartment Bed - superior quality and comfortable Views were amazing After checking out, our cases were kept in the office until we were ready to go to the airport

The balcony area in the apartment was quite small, as was the kitchen space - little to no counter space.

Pool area is fantastic. There is a small supermarket in the building which is perfect for picking up essentials on arrival. There is a restaurant which was packed for lunch and portions looked huge (didn't eat there). Building is right beside the beach and close to lots of bars and restaurants.

Close to the beach, restaurants and local amenities. Good transport networks nearby, Keys collected from reception with pool passes, pool area is lovely good for kids. Pass supplies for outside gates to gain access on an evening. Room has everything needed for self catering.

This didn’t affect us, but I imagine it would be very crowded in the summer months.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you need. Also, in the shower the water got warm immediately, had good water pressure, and never ran out of hot water. Normal bed was quite comfortable, and the pull-out sofa bed was fine for the kids, maybe an adult would be uncomfortable. We loved the location, right next to the beach and park as well as so many great restaurants nearby. Parking was quite easy in May, but I imagine more complicated in July or August, just beware of the trees. They left my car disgusting, between the sap and tree residue and the birds. The pools and slides were great and some open in May but honestly we were too cold to really enjoy. Everyone else was enjoying though.

Mountain room view balcony doesn't get sun, so hard to dry clothes. Request pool view if you want sun. Pool doesn't open until 11, sunchairs get taken back at 6pm and pool area closes 6.50pm.

Room was very big and clean. You pay for a sun chair by the pool but this stops people from hogging them. It's also gated and has security. Location is quite good, not in the liveliest area but within a 25 min walk to the Marina area.

The mid week clean was poor linen was stripped and linen was left but no actual cleaning was done. Fridge not the cleanest.

Good facilities, although a little dated. The roller blind in the bedroom was fantastic for darkness for our 2 year old for naps and nights. Complex well maintained and helpful at reception.

Check out at 10.00 am is very early - noon checkout would be more appealing. Balcony size and views exceptional, but would be nicer to have tiled floor which many balconies have.

Very familiar with this property as have stayed there on many occasions. Property gardens & pool facilities excellent. Lovely apartment and very spacious balcony with beautiful views.

Unable to get a sunbed until 11am and kicked off at 6pm when sun still shining, I assume this wouldn’t happen in peak season.

It would have been helpful to have had instructions on how to get hot water. The pillows were too hard for us but that is just a personal preference. I would definitely stay again

We stayed in a studio apartment and it was very spacious and the balcony was nice. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. There was only the main pool open as it was out of season but the area looked very nice with a lovely picnic round it. We arrived by train and it was more or less a straight walk down the hill from the train station.
