The room was very small. not easy to move around, especially with the desk and chair at the front of the bed. Lack of service everywhere. Nobody comes to ask if you want to drink or eat anything… The bathrooms in the common areas were not very clean and run down. The general atmosphere could also use some improvement.

The location was great. The room had a nice balcony with a view over the sea and the luscious garden. Breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruits and wide variety of goodies. The staff was nice and helpful.

Checking in was slow- we had to wait almost an hour after the designated check in time before we got our room Breakfast was low on veggie options. The room was tiny and the m eory foam mattress was not my cup of tea

Beautiful view- sea room view was definitely worth it. lush grounds. We didn't get to use the pool or spa but looked amazing. Breakfast spread had very good juice options. We had told them it was a birthday and they gave us drinks vouchers on the day. The reception were generally very helpful. 15 minutes walk to old town. Right on the beach. Lots of food options near by.

Only negative was the cocktails, the two we ordered weren’t great and tasted and looked like cheap ready mixed cocktails you get from a can/bottle.

Great location, beautiful room and view and their staff were extremely helpful and polite. We were room only and paid for breakfast at the hotel which we loved as such a big variety on offer so definitely have breakfast at the hotel.

Twin beds are touching eachother which might be a bit awkward for some. The sand of Figueretas beach itself was quite dirty in October, but the surroundings are clean and nice.

Easy to walk to old town if you have good mobility. Handy shop over the road. Beautiful views from hotel and beach.

The property is perfectly located with one side of the building overlooking the magical sea through beautiful palms. It is a well planned building with easy access to every facility the place has to offer. The rooms are not that big, but who would need to spend time inside when you have such great scenery around to discover.

We couldn’t fault it

Beautiful grounds, super comfortable and clean, friendly staff and the pool and sea view is stunning! Love the double sun beds and pool bar too, some great food and drinks on offer at really reasonable prices. The breakfast was also delicious and worth paying extra for, it works out better value (and more) for money than if you eat out but it was nice to have the option. Location-wise, this hotel is spot on. Only €15-17 taxi from the airport. Only a 15 minute walk to Ibiza town/old town with a few different routes to take with plenty of shops and restaurants, 20 minutes to the port if you want to get the ferry or a boat to other parts of the island. Lots of really great restaurants along the same sea front as the hotel too though so enough on your doorstep - we loved Little Ibiza and Alo for dinner, Retro Gusto serves a delicious breakfast too only 10 minute walk away. We would absolutely come here again!

At euros 45 per day for a couple, the breakfast was overpriced. I've paid much less at other four star and five star hotels. We had a better breakfast out of the hotel that was more reasonably priced.

It's a lovely hotel in a great location with stunning views and grounds.

There were noisy people at the pool playing very loud music, of which I think the staff could have said something. Otherwise really good vibe!

Beautiful spacious room, amazing bed, clean room with a beautiful view and spacious balcony. The staff was very nice in all aspects, the pool bar had amazing food and everyone was very accommodating. The pool beds were very nice.

Great place to stay in Ibiza! Rooms are great (get the sea view) and the best views + pool in the area close to Ibiza Old town. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic!

Toilet door opens against toilet, really uncomfortable. Mirror in toilet rusty. Room ok but lacks the wow effect, as so do most areas inside the hotel. Cleaning team not doing a great job.

The hotel was fully booked, so unfortunately we weren't able to book a room with seaview. But this will happen the next time we stay at the hotel!

The location of the hotel was excellent, the historic city center is within walking distance (approx. 20 mim.), we enjoyed the beautiful hotel garden and pool. The beach was located right next to the hotel and was clean. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of freshly prepared foods. We especially appreciated the staff at the hotel, they were friendly and really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Separate dinner restaurant feel unnecessary, and lacks atmosphere of breakfast restaurant. Food is excellent, and staff are great, but vibe is missing. Option to swap half-board dinner to bar restaurant would be good. Room key tags were a bit slow and temperamental.

Location is great, just 15 minute walk from Ibiza Old Town. Poolside is great, fabulous views, great sun-beds and good little bar. Hotel is comfortable, clean and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, bright restaurant, great food. Standard room spacious and comfortable, with clean smart shower room. TV and wifi make it easy to relax in there. Security safe always useful too. Complimentary water is nice, not sure if it was every day or not.
