The only downside was the drinks available in the pool bar and the sports bar+ that didn't open till 8pm ) . plus the lack of a toilet in either the restaurant or the sports bars

Space around the pool is quite tight and can get congested with sun loungers.

Very large room with fridge, kettle etc. Modern refurbished bathroom. Close to the old town. Plenty of supermarkets, bars & restaurants nearby. Airport bus drops you off 3 minutes from the door.

The hotel is very clean and well kept by a dedicated staff team, who could not do enough to help. They worked incredibly hard to make our stay the best it could be. There were 8 of us, including children big and small, along with grandparents. We all absolutely loved it. Although we went self catering we paid to eat in the hotel restaurant on several occasions for our evening meal. The food was superb and amazing value. What a beautiful setting, I'm so glad we came and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely accommodation to other families or couples.

Plumbing issues but we were compensated. Studio apartments are a bit cramped. Restaurant did not like groups of over 6 eating together even at quiet times

Had to pay an extra €350 for someone to stay in one of our apartments. Had initially booked 4 junior suites but had to cancel one due to family illness. I e-mailed the hotel to see if 3 people could stay in a junior suite which they agreed on, I wasn't able to amend this on booking. com, so upon arrival I was hit with an extra charge 😡

We stayed July and Pool is lovely but has loud music and games for Kids which is great for a family break but not really for relaxing by the pool! Also we stayed in the suites and would have liked a few more plates/cutlery. Not really a proper kitchen but had a microwave and kettle and fridge which was all we needed but no plates or cutlery! Was one butter knife, also was one cups and glasses. Last thing is it’s a steep enough walk uphill from the strip. Was totally fine for and taxis/buses available but just something to be aware of.

Very clean hotel., the rooms and the communal spaces constantly being cleaned and maintained. Also staff very friendly and helpful. Bus and taxis right outside. Good supermarket a couple minutes walk away. Really liked the hotel and would defo stay here again and recommend to others.

could have been a few more TV channels but this is a minor issue - we didnt go there to watch TV :). No real negatives - was a great holiday for our large family group!

really nice hotel up a steep hill just on the edge of Puerto Del Carmen. Staff were really nice, helpful and professional. Cleaners did an excellent job and cleaned the apartment every day while we were out. Lots of cats and kittens around which was nice (we like cats). Flora 2 Pool was well maintained and perfect temperature (cool but not cold). Nice walkway under the road to the main complex and there was something for everyone (gym, 2 pools, onsite shop, restaurant, entertainment) - really glad we were in Flora 2 though which was quieter and much more laid back than the main hotel pool area. However the main hotel pool was great for those that wanted it a bit more lively. I didnt eat in the restaurant but my son and his fiance did and they both thought it was excellent. Some people might not like the steep hill but we quite enjoyed the exercise - plus there are loads of bars and restaurants all the way up the hill if you want to stop for refreshments. There is also the free bus to the beach several times a day for those who wanted or needed it, but we preferred the walk :)

We were informed that the restaurant would be closed but were not informed of all the.noisy construction work starting early in the mornings. Also pool should have a cut off point for adults. And cleaned properly every day.

Building work where they were replacing the restaurant (I believe). We had no warning of this and there was some noise as well as the loss of having a east access restaurant to use on-site

Noise from the rebuild of the restaurant adjacent to the pool. Construction is going on all day, every day during our stay.
