We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Room was big and clean, comfortable and well equipped. Pools with sea water were really nice and big. Breakfast and dinner were quite good, had wide range of food and drinks. Large parking in front of the hotel.

The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the salt water swimming pool and water jets. The evening buffet was varied and good quality. Because the price of dinner included wine, it was very good value.

SpainReception lady , upon arrival, allocated a room on the internal corners that was not private or secure from next door, I returned to reception, asked for another room, then she gave me the exact same corner room 2 floors down that I specifically said I did not want. 2nd time I returned to the reception, I asked for the Manager who dealt with the problem immediately and upgraded us. I had stayed her several times before, so suggest all users request they do not have internal corner rooms if you don't want to look directly at your neighbour on your balcony.

Spainthe glass wall between the outside cold pool and the heated inner pool/hot tubs is in a dangerous condition, 3 of the large glass panels are cracked and the wooden frames are rotten, if any of these fail they will fall directly into the pool, I point it out to the life guard, she said she would bring it to management attention, although I'm sure they already know as there are signs of a temporary silicon fix, in my opinion the area should be isolated. I'm an ex safety coordinator from a Nuclear power Station

FranceRoom was very spacious and had very modern amaniies, the view was great and we had a large balcony. Spa access is free when you stay at the hotel, I definitively recommend to add a massage, they're very good. Breakfast buffet is very good too and in the evenings there's live music in the pool bar. Very recommended for families.
