As it was very busy, the only room left was a "economic" double room with no view, The room itself was lovely but it is a bit strange not to be able to see outside, to check the weather for example. But most of the time is spent outside so for a short stay it is fine,

Love the location, right next to the beach in the centre of LLafranc. Breakfast is lovely, well laid out and plenty of choice and great coffee.

There was no coffee in the room. In the end I can't decide if this was a negative or not because I got up every morning and had a beautiful walk down the beach to the cafe that was a block away and got to practice my Spanish by ordering a coffee!

Our stay was amazing! We had a room with a balcony but without sea views. We had a little partial view of the beach and our balcony seemed much nicer than the full sea views! The room had huge windows that opened, pretty rare in a hotel. The room was excellent. right on the beach. The town was cute. There is not much there but it has everything you need and its easy to get to nearby towns.

Requested a double bed but got two singles - which was okay really. And it is definitely worth paying the higher rate for a seafront room with balcony.

Everything about this hotel is great. The rooms are modern, bright and fresh, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is terrific - right on the waterfront. The restaurant on the promenade is very good. Most of the staff were excellent. One lady on reception in particular took time to give me some recommendations for walking routes and her advice was spot on. One or two of the staff were a little grumpy (but that might have been due to my complete lack of Spanish). They seemed very familiar with a lot of their Spanish guests so obviously get a lot of repeat customers. Beach towels are available at no extra cost. Car parking is offsite but not too far away and easy to get to, and reasonably priced. Couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough and would definitely stay there again (and would pay the extra for a seafront room).

My partner and I recently stayed at Hotel Terramar in Llafranc and had a lovely experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's fantastic location - it's immediately in front of the beach, which made our seaside getaway incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The staff at Hotel Terramar were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any requests we had. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay. Our room was nice enough, though quite basic. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the cleanliness and functionality of the room met our expectations. Overall, we had a great time at Hotel Terramar and would recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and well-located place to stay in Llafranc.

The room's balcony overlooked the sea, which is great for the viewsbut does mean that it gets quite loud. We didn't mind though - closed window and AC on worked just fine. Not regarding the hotel or the hotel restaurant but rather the area itself - there are very few grocery shops in town, and restaurants are expensive. Service in nearby restaurants is very poor, and we were often overcharged with items added to our bill or volumes of items doubled to influx the bill.

The hotel is located right on the sea front, which is great for exploring the town, getting about and accessing different amenities by the beach. We have not tried the breakfast bu we enjoyed lovely food and wine at the restaurant. There's parking available, though bit of a walk from the hotel itself. The room was very comfortable, clean, and light, aircon worked well and the dailry refresh service was really appreciated.

The bedroom was advertised as having air conditioning. On our arrival & during our stay, the room was exceptionally hot. When we complained we were told that the air conditioning wasn't on yet just the heating that could only be turned down to 17 degrees. Our room was much hotter, probably about 22 degrees. Our room overlooked a courtyard and we were told that this probably generated more heat. After a couple of days we were offered another room to try on a different floor of the hotel but decided to stay where we were as it wasn't guaranteed that it would be much cooler. We were given a fan but this only seemed to circulate the warm air. Other rooms, such as reception and the Reading room were comfortably cooler which made us wonder if it was just a problem with our room. The day we were leaving we were told that the air conditioning was now being switched on but this was of no use to us!! We did enjoy our stay at this hotel and certainly would return but don't think that the rooms should be advertised as having air conditioning if it has not been switched on!
