Glitzy, interesting decor; lovely hosts Joanne, John, Bea and Annika who gave lots of information and were sociable, fun and friendly. We absolutely loved the sparrow flock that lives here coming in at sunset-playing on the roofs, chattering and finally diving in to sleep- don’t miss this over a drink by the pool!

Love the design of the hotel and beautiful pool area with great home cooked à la carte breakfast. But the staff really made the trip they were fantastic ! Very welcoming and kind always available to help can't thank them enough for their hospitality. Perfect for anyone wanting a quiet , chilled ,getaway in a beautiful little village in a relaxed and sophisticated boutique hotel. TEN is definitely 10/10

I had an amazingly enjoyable 3 night stay in October. The bedrooms and all the communal spaces are beautifully decorated and it’s a very tranquil environment. The owners and all the members of staff perfectly combine a sense of warmth whilst still giving you your space. They are always there the minute you need them to make you a drink at the bar and have a chat but at other times you feel you have the hotel to yourself. The breakfast options were fabulous and the presentation beautiful and the lunch choices were much appreciated and very good value. It’s very difficult to get the balance between professionalism and friendliness, in my experience, and Ten does this seemingly effortlessly!

Absolutely beautiful, decor was insane. Staff were very accommodating - Annika and Lena were so lovely. And make a fantastic cava sangria and spicy marg! Breakfast and lunch delicious. Located in a cute little town with lovely restaurants. We’d planned on driving out to see some of the local beaches but ended up spending all of our time in Sineu and in the hotel as it was so lovely. A really nice change from Palma.

Room is spacious and nice design. The house is also very beautiful has only 10 rooms. Poolside is amazing. They also have very nice gym. The best experience we had.

Everything! It’s an amazing property. The interiors are exceptionally well chosen and thought out. Everything blends and flows very well together. All very cohesive and beautiful. Quite inspiring decor. The rooms and bathroom are spacious. Everything you would want is there. It is very relaxing and chilled. There is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The staff are all lovely. Great bar and food is also to a high standard.

United KingdomVery minor points and would not prevent our return, + we were there in a pretty severe heat wave. The air conditioning wasn't very strong as it would only stay cool in the room if you kept the bathroom door closed. This did then mean that the bathroom was very warm, because it wasn't getting any cool air. The mini bar fridge wasn't very cold and although they kindly changed the fridge in our room, it still didn't make much of difference. We could get plenty of ice from the reception though, if we did want to cool a drink in our room.
The hotel is beautifully decorated. The pool area is lovely and although not huge (beds were always available, no matter what time of day you get there) it gets the sun for almost the entire day, so great for a lazy day in the sun sipping drinks all day. Highly recommend their cocktails ;) Only ate lunch on one of the days, but was very good (I had the Chicken Shawarma) Having travelled and stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, I cannot remember the last time the staff were as memorable as they were at TEN. Every single member of the team was amazing and could not do enough to make sure you had a fantastic stay. Will 100% be back!

Everything! What a great place to stay. The level of service is just exceptional, the owners and Annika are amazing hosts and made us feel really. But also all staff are really attentive and clearly pride themselves on great customer service. The property itself was brilliant, the pool area is great and really relaxing, the bar service was great and breakfast was also a great experience. Its not often you receive the level of service provided by Ten Mallorca. Overall a great place to stay and highly recommended!

To start with, I would say the attention for details is absolutely amazing, as everything is in the right place and where you would expect to be. To continue, I would like to affirm that I found one of the most positive staff I have ever met in a hotel. They are very attentive and ready to be helpful, no matter what the demand is. In other words, if you need something you couldn’t find in the room or around, you just have to ask for and they fulfill the requirement. This is, definitely, one of my favourite places I have ever stayed in!
