When I go to Sitges, I usually stay in the Sunway apartments. This time I stayed here and I can tell Sunway has better, nicer and more comfortable apartments. I was expecting to see a modern studio. What I didn’t like about the stay was the old furniture (bed, coaches) that seemed old and not totally clean as well as the sheets. Cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved too. Wifi is weak in the apartment. Not a problem for me to pick up the keys in the main building as I went by car, even though parking in front of the main hotel is not easy.

The studio apartment is spacious. Easy to park in front of the building in this season (as it is usually crowded in summer time). Good location near the beach.

The address was changed and getting the key is a bit annoying, it would be great if the property made a key locker next to the entrance - that would ease the process.

It was good value for money near Barcelona, we enjoyed staying there and were informed about the thing that we need to go to get the keys - extra 30-40 minutes totally worth it. We got an upgrade so not sure how are the original property, but the upgrade was really nice.

It was a significant distance from the Subway Golf Hotel where I had to book in and collect the key. The bath was in a disgraceful state- several large ‘chips’ in the enamel where the Bath had become rusted through! The lock in the main gate needs URGENT attention- it’s very difficult to turn the key, until you’ve mastered a technique to open it!!!! Changing keys at reception made no difference. There is a great danger that someone will break a key off in the lock.!!!!!!

It was quiet; spacious, the ground floor gave excellent access to swimming pool; the facility of the bicycles was an excellent addition.

The location we stayed was not staffed and the reception was in another place 26min walk distance away. Also they are managing 5 or 6 locations the same way and have no one with mini bus or car to help out customers with issues. Due to this I can only recommend you go there if you have a car or bike. Furthermore, the walls are thin and we could hear the neighbours talking and being loud, walking around above us. The price we paid was a bit less as other places but still felt a bit high for the experience.

I liked that it was a small Appartment but can't say much more as we stayed only 1 night. The location is ok and quite close to the town centre and sea.

Apartments are a bit dated, need updating, and have to go 2k to collect the key. The apartment advertised on booking.com wasn't one we booked double and twin on the site, and when checked in, it was assured that's what I got.. but when I got there, it wasn't the right apartment. The check in system needs to be looked at, and the pictures shown on booking.com should be of the apartment you get when you book, it happened me before this time was rectified but last time was not and had to settle 4 the apartment, staff were very blazie about it.. I gave them the benefit of the doubt last time but happened again. V disappointing... expensive price for the apartment we go. Such shame it's in nice area too

Lack of equipment in the apartment but overall everything was very well.

Spacious apartment, great pool clean with pleasant surroundings. Good value for price. In case you have a problem, they solve it relatively quickly after contacting you.

No heating, batteries were completely cold in February, not perfectly clean, the kettle was broken.

The walls on the corners definitely need repainting. It seems like they are dirty. The furniture looks 20 years old, but that's fine. Photos show it clearly. You need to pick up the key from the reception desk - 2.1 km away

the pool area had no seating and the grass was covered in weeds and nettles. there was only one mirror in the whole apartment in the bathroom which wasn’t ideal. the aircon didn’t work for us and the apartment itself was quiet outdated looking but it was clean. do be mindful that you must go to the parent hotel to retrieve your keys. it is approx 20 min walk from Tara apartment or 6 minute drive and also cleaners only come once a week.

We had to walk 40 minutes to pick up the keys in the totally opposite direction of the property, very uncomfortable if you have luggage.

The location was good. 10 minutes walk from the town center.

Was an "upgrade" but to be honest the apartment we had on a previous visit was larger. Only room that was bigger was the twin room, all others were smaller.

The balcony faced the sun which helped. Had a separate kitchen although no door to close it off.

The key collection is very strange, as you have to collect them in absolutely different place, which wouldn't be beatable by walk. Aware of this. Distance to the center at winter time, then you dont need a beach can be challenging

Apartment by it self is good. It has a big living room and 2 bedrooms. our apartment name was PACO. I dont know other aparments,but PACO in TARA is the one im describing.

The Tara needs a refurbishment. The apartment could do with a fresh lick of paint and the bathroom is now passed its best with chips in the bath and rust spots. The toilet seat is old with the paint being rubbed off with use. The bedside lamp didn't work as the cable to the plug was damaged due to the height of the bedside cabinet which had in the passed been pushed up against the plug. We were very disappointed with some of the other guests. During our stay people came and went and some stayed just for a couple of nights. There were three groups of young people on different occasions who thought it was OK to stay up all night drinking, playing loud music, and shouting. I'm not sure where they all managed to sleep as two groups has about six people in them. It seems as there are no staff on site people can do as they please with no regard or respect for other guests. The rules in place are clearly not enforced. One group of girls vacated their apartment at 10am and then stayed in the garden and swimming pool area for a few hours after they perhaps should have left. This inhibited other guests, some with small children from enjoying the facilities. I'm not sure we will be coming back to the Tara in the future as this spoilt our stay and deprived us of sleep and we therefore did not get the holiday experience we expected. Your staff however were very helpful throughout our stay apart from one lady on reception who answered the phone saying she could help me with a problem but then left my hanging on the phone for ages and then just put the phone down on me. She was very busy as I could hear her dealing with other guests on the desk. Whilst staying at the Tara the gardener called in to cut the grass. This left grass cuttings everywhere which everybody walked into the apartments which must have been a nightmare for the cleaners.

Location is good as it's a little out of town so it should have been quieter than staying in the town.

Noisy, rundown no real security. Lots of faults. You should not book tourists in this awful place . I took videos and photos as evidence.

Liked nothing . Even the staff know that late checkin customers had to walk to the main sunways hotel. No facility to have keys. We could ha e come the next day to give details of passport if the Kelly's had a pickup box. Awful

It is absolutely not done to pick up the keys at a location about 40 minutes away from the apartment. Picking it up at another location is not a problem, but not so far away. It was a bad start of our stay.

- Until you don't make the reservation it's not clear that you need to pick up the keys in another location. They should offer a shuttle free service. From the train station to the keys pickup location it's 20min by bus and then other 15min to reach the apartment. The closest supermarket is 900mt far away. There are no bars or restaurants in the area. - There's not even the soap - The apartment was very cold and old - Other guests were make noises and yelling all night long - the check-in hour should be earlier since it's at 4pm
