Shower cabin should be changed. Doesn't close the doors well and all water went outside.

The rooms aren't very clean, especially under the beds. Linens are changed only upon request. Everyone is directed to the same restaurant. In reality, the hotel only has two actual restaurants, while the others can hardly be called restaurants. Occasionally, there are lines at the main restaurant, but the staff seats everyone quickly.

The hotel is located right on the beachfront, which is very convenient. It's perfect for a beach vacation, especially with children. The restaurant serves good food, but the menu becomes repetitive after a week. There’s also an entertaining evening program.

The food was extraordinary, very varied, and very tasty. Breakfast was very varied, and at lunch and dinner, you could choose from vegetarian dishes, fish, chicken, beef, and pork. A very pleasant surprise was the fact that we had a varied range of seafood. The location of the hotel is also very good, the hotel being practically on the beach.

Room was pretty basic. We paid for dinner one night and found that drinks (including water) weren't included and required spending time to flag down a server to ask for, which was annoying. Dinner food wasn't great.

I loved that the staff didn't allow anyone to reserve a sun lounger until 9am--very fair. In general, there were enough loungers and the pool was delightful. It's lovely to be able to walk right out to the beach. There were fun activities throughout the day. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of places nearby for lunch.

The bathrooms around pool were very dirty 🤔 they should clean it more often. And in the room also was quite dirty in the bathroom when we arrived( a lot of hair everywhere) and the woman who cleaned our room was not gentle at all

The safe in hotel room was for separate charge. Thats ridicolous, I have never seen anything similiar in my life. Food was not bad but not good, could be better. Cleanliness could be better. The sunbeds are not sufficient and you have to wake up at least 8 o clock in the morning to secure a sunbed under umbrella. moreover you have to wait for 1 hour untill 9 am on your sunbed otherwise they will take your staff from the sunbed and it would be vacant for others.

The location was excellent. the hotel is beachfront to the sea was 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The pool was good.

Due to an old building you could hear other people on the floor during the night and early mornings. The lifts were also very slow and small for the size of the property. Also sunbeds were limited and you have to pay for the beds on the beach.

On the beach and a friendly area. Beds were comfy and rooms are a good size. Plenty of activities around the pool. Hotel towels for pool and beach which were replaced daily.

Cleaning could be improved with small effort I understand it’s a busy resort and small kids could be messy but the staff should be prepared and take care of the cleaning after customers.

The family room is way too small for a family of four. The rooms are poorly isolated. You literally share your bedroom with your neighbors, and you can even smell cigarette smoke from their room. No sun-beds available at the pool throughout the day. Pool team not doing their job at keeping them available.

Amazing pool area and beach nearby. Restaurant staff is kind and professional even during busy hours.

On Saturday night the live band in the pool area was horrible.

Coffeeee. I like to have my coffee in the morning but there is no kettle and coffee in the room. Also, anywhere is opened before breakfast.

Sea view is beautiful and the room was cleaned everyday. The place is near from train station and in front of the sea. Kids like kids club and mini disco. They have a lot of fun.

Even with a full package, you have to pay extra to drink anything at the hotel. No free water in the rooms, at lunch/dinner, or near a fitness area. The only exception is a few fruit juices and water served during breakfast. Parking is confusing. You can pay 20 euros a night for secured parking. Many people parked next to the hotel for free, and reception says it is okay (if you can find a spot). But I also read a dozen reviews of people still getting towed or fined for parking there. There is completely free parking in a dirt parking lot a 10 minute walk away towards the Carrefour hypermarket. The hotel pool area gets very loud during the day. Rooms aren't very quiet either, and the furniture is not the most comfortable.

Great location right next to the beach. The suite rooms have much more space and a dining area that's quieter and with better quality food. There are lots of activities scheduled throughout the day at the hotel, especially for kids. Room WiFi is okay. A/C works just fine.

It looked under staff. Long queues at reception and outside restaurants. Pool had cold water. Bathroom water would come to room and even to the corridor. There was water collected infront of a door for 24 hours before it was cleaned. One person in the room service was cleaning all the rooms on a floor and so our rooms floor was not even wiped. Not too many vegetarians options in the buffet.
