Although the room was really clean, there was some kind of body ofor smell in the room. The breakfast person was really rude and ubhelpfull when we ask about gluten free option.

Free juice and water in fridge. Bathroom was superb.5 /10 mins walks from underground and really close to airport.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at Tach Madrid and always enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, good location close to the metro and airport. Good restaurant as well.

The car park - horrible to get into. Staff didn't open the gate to let me in when I arrived. I had to reverse out onto the road and find somewhere else to park on the street.

Good Hotel for a stop over for access to Madrid Barajas Airport

Very nice airport hotel near Madrid Barajas airport which we used to stay in between flights. Rooms were comfortable, spacious, and quite modern and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet. Quick Uber ride from airport, though you can take the subway to the first stop outside the airport. Highly recommend if you need to stay close to the airport for any reason.

This is the second time we stay at TaCH. It’s affordable, convenient to the airport, clean and comfortable. Plus provides a decent breakfast in the morning. Will stay here again.

The things that i didn’t like were the breakfast in the morning. In addition, when I arrived I was told in the reception to dial zero for room service. In the evening I wanted to order from the restaurant in the hotel, I look for the phone in the room but didn’t find one! i had to go down the reception again and then go to the restaurant to order directly from there. The manager of the restaurant there was rude. They didn’t have anyone to get my meal to the room so I had to take the dishes myself in a tray, in my way I bumped into the door of the restaurant that closed by itself and nobody helped me from the staff. When I arrived to the room I found out that my dish included tuna despite the fact that I asked for a vegetarian meal (no fish and meat). I had to go down again and get another dish. There was no bread in the meal as they said there would be, and when they brought me the bread it was so dry i couldn’t eat it. The food tasted so bad. This took me about 1-2 hours and then it was late at night so I couldn’t go out to eat. Slept while still being hungry after they charged me for it. Very bad experience!

There's not a big selection for vegetarian/vegan people at breakfast

Needed a hotel for one night near the airport. Glad we chose Tach hotel: The room was very big, the shower good, and the staff was really nice.

Everything was fine and nothing to dislike.

Location was excellent, close to airport for overnight stay. Staff were friendly and cooperative. Dinner and breakfast were satisfactory and the staff for dinner were helpful and responsivel.

The room had a bad smell we assume was from the last guests.

Room was modern, spacious, clean bedshits, TV, clean bathroom and also great location, no noise over the night.
