Loved the apartment and its furniture! It was clean and in a great location, offering excellent value for the money we paid. Will definitely book again for sure.

It wasn’t an issue for us but worth noting it’s a bit of a way from the centre of town: a brisk 20 min walk to the station- or alternatively a pleasant longer stroll along the promenade!

Stayed here for 5 nights in early June. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable & modern, set in an attractive residential neighbourhood close to the beach. Great to have use of the swimming pool which gets sun in the earlier part of the day. We made use of free bicycles to explore the locality.

We had to collect the key-card in an other hotel that is 2 km away from the appartement where you stay. This is specially annoying when it's 35degrees and then walk 2km with all your luggage to the appartement. It would be nice if they have a free shuttle service to bring you to the appartement or at least your luggage. Also it states for 4 people but the appartement would be to small as the second bed is a pull-out couch in the living room.

Collecting the keys from the hotel was ridiculous. It was 25 mins on the bus and another 25mins to walk back along the seafront. We had to take a bus out there and walk back with our luggage. We decided to stay another night and had to walk all the way out to the hotel again to extend the stay. We weren't able to do it over the phone or what's app. The bikes also had to booked back at the hotel. Far too much walking that most people would have struggled with

Having to collect keys and register on arrival so far from actual accommodation 15mins to 20mins walk with all your luggage. No offer of transfer or taxi. A real put off and poor reflection of sunway as soon as you arrive at the resort after a very long day travelling.

It is a beautiful town, beaches, restaurants all easily accessible and good.

Picking up of the keys is inconvenient, especially later in the evening, like others have mentioned before. Sunway offers free usage of bikes, which is great, but to arrange this you have to go to the reception again, after which you do not immediately get a bike. This can only be picked up between 16:00 and 17:00. Again inconvenient. If you want to use a bike I would strongly recommend you to immediately arrange this upon checking in. Another thing was that the bike I used was not well maintained and really just quite dangerous to maneuver. I also thought the beds that are next to the pool were uncomfortable because you'll have a bar pushing into the middle of your back instead of pushing into the top of the bed.

Well equipped apartment with a great, sunny balcony and a comfortable bed. The location was quiet, not far from the city centre and very close to a beach bar with sunbeds.

Small details : the keys were avaialble at another hotel. It was a 15min walk from the flats, which is not really a problem, except when you have two small kids and three luggages. We took a cab. It would have been nice to have a dishwasher in the flat, as well as shared washing machines.

Great flat, perfect for our stay. Super clean and with everything needed, as stated in the description. Lovely swimming pool, and a few steps away from the beach. Just perfect. We had a lovely stay.

The hotel where the keys are is a bit further away from the apartment and you need to walk some way to get them and once you get there you are in the lobby of a different hotel so it is a bit confusing.

I liked how the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood between the beach and the town center but they are both worth the visit. It is probably specially nice to be there in the summer when the pool is open

- it was dirty in some places and reception didn't send anyone to clean up after we asked - no washing machine

- terrace overlooking the garden and pool - free bike rental was awesome - had all needed cutlery and it was in good condition - everything working fine - close to the beach - quite and safe area

Annoying lights that came on via a sensor in the kitchen and bathroom (we covered the sensors to get a good nights sleep) and the shower hose had a split in it.

It was clean and tidy in a quiet area out of the town, with a nice balcony that we sat on a couple of afternoons and read.

The swimming pool is closed from October 15th despite the warm temperatures in November. Collecting the free bicycles that were made available is somewhat cumbersome. The bicycles must be collected at yet another location where no one is present.

Very nice and clean 1 bedroom apartment, with balcony and sea view. The facility was recently renovated. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. The distance to the beach and the promenade is +/- 150m. Easy access to the town of Sitges via the promenade. The town is situated 1 km from the facility.

could do with some mugs instead of the tiny tea cups light comes on automatically at night when you visit the bathroom which can wake others up. bike hire is free but can only be arranged during one hour a day. Insufficient toilet paper for 4 people for 2 nights. limited dishwashing soap.

We had a ground floor one bedroom apartment with a double room and 2 sofa beds in the lounge. This was perfect for 2 nights off season. Clean and modern decor. The kitchen is well equipped. It's a short walk into town with lots of bars and restaurants. If you have a car be aware that there are parking restrictions on the streets, but we were able to find a free spot about 5 mins walk away. You can park overnight right outside but need to be off by 10am.
