Everything was perfect!

The communication with Alex and the checking in was smooth. Apartment is small but functional. Terrace is great! Everything was super clean. Location is perfect, walking distance to everywhere and still quiet. I would stayed there longer and I will book this apartment next time when I'll visit the city.

There's nothing I would rate completely negatively about this accommodation. Maybe just the bed, which was quite short, but I understand that due to the size of the apartment, there can't be a huge bed there. ;-) And maybe one more thing; we had a little trouble exiting the garage, but that wasn't the host's fault. On the contrary, Alex immediately helped us over the phone with this situation! The gates at the exit didn't want to open, so we were stuck and couldn't get out of the garage. Alex advised us to try opening the entrance gates with the remote control, and that worked. So, we had to exit through the entrance. However, what was a challenge was reversing from the gates back into the garage, so I recommend trying the remote control first and then entering. :-D

Alex was very kind! I also positively evaluate communication via WhatsApp. :-) Puerto is a very busy city, so it's quite difficult to find parking spaces; luckily, we booked a parking spot for €10/day, which is a great price. Parking is about 200 meters from the accommodation. The apartment was very beautiful, and the view was amazing! Sitting on the terrace was very pleasant. The apartment is located on the seventh floor, and the only problem was the slow elevator. Horrendously slow elevator... but at least it was there. :-D We really appreciated the coffee maker and capsules. The kitchen equipment was sufficient. :-) Thanks, Alex! 9/10

water tap hard to adjust at proper temperature

Super cosy little studio, in a very central location. Everything was clean inside and modern renovated and equiped. Terrace has very nice views over the city and mountains. We fit well even with our 1 year old child(carefully children are not allowed, but I didn't noticed it when booked), host was though fine with it. We appreciated also the additional service of paid parking as it seemed hard to find a place to park around.

Location is excellent, great neighbourhood ,with a lovely fruit and veg shop just a few doors down ,as well as a smart bakery and cafe also a friendly Italian, Il Ponte on C.de Iriate as well as a very good Thai, also on Iriate .The studio is recently decorated and with new appliances and a modern bathroom it was a real pleasure to be there .Thereis great attention to detail with a vase of fresh flowers for our arrival !! Proper double bed which was very comfortable. Fantastic outdoor space , important for a smallish studio . The balcony is South facing with sun till gone 3 in the afternoon ( November ) Comfortable outside seats and a stylish bistro table, all good quality . And the view ! Mountain and the suburbs climbing up the slopes , really quite magical at night ! The studio is on the 7th floor of a large appartment block ,bit like a hotel with long passages . There are 3 lifts so never any worry about getting up or coming down ! Whole place very well kept

The apartment is very nice and stylish. We loved the large sunny balcony and the nice view of the city and the mountains.

The only downside is the parking, which is available at the building for €10 a day if you let Alex know beforehand. Otherwise Puerto De La Cruz is quite difficult to park in. we spent over an hour trying to find somewhere the first day. Top tip - if your travelling light, go straight to the car park near the water on the north of the town and just walk to the apartment each day. if you have luggage, drop it off as there are sometimes spots to stop for a few minutes nearby. We did find though on one occasion even the north car park by the sea was full and spent an hour there trying to park!

Alex and Valencia were really friendly and helpful. the flat itself is in a great location in the town and is really well equipped. Everything was new and very clean and tidy. Effort was made to accommodate our arrival time and we even had a box of chocolates, water and flowers on the table.

Even though it's late November it's still hard to get parking spot. However, the owner promised they are working on it for the future. Which is really nice. It wasn't the case in Santa Cruz, where most owners didn't see it as a problem.

We liked the whole package with the biggest stress on the view and location. Most of the most recommended restaurants and places from our list were within 10 minutes of walking distance. The balcony is spacious, in the middle of the city, with beautiful view, yet still give a nice vibe of privacy. Owners are really nice and helpful and they had the list of recommendations of their own with positions on each pricing level. We highly agree with the list ;) You can visit Teide within 1h of drive. Highly recommend to start the trip a bit earlier. Like 90 minutes before scheduled ride to the top.

This place is a gem. Beautiful and stylish.You feel immediately at home. I can’t think of anything what’s missing in the appartment. Location is great. So much to see and you don’t even need a car. Great restaurants nearby. A very warm welcome by the owner. I will definitely come back.
