Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel's spot in the heart of the city means it's close to everything you need. Nearby, there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and attractions to explore. Plus, with 24-hour reception and available lockers, they've got you covered whenever you need them.

SwitzerlandHowever, there was a nasty smell of drains emanating from the shower drain. Every day the cleaners directed water from the shower head down the shower drain, but the smell returned within minutes. The cleaners and reception desk were all aware of this problem, and the reception desk said it was a more general ptoblem, not just my room. So I wonder why they don't get the drains fixed.
Good location in pedestrian area close to the station. Nice room and comfortable bed. The room had minibar, coffee machine and safe. Nice big walk-in shower....however...

GermanyThere was an unpleasant smell of drains around reception and in the stairway (also sometimes in the room).
The location was excellent: all the main attractions were within walking distance, as was the metro for the airport. The breakfast was good value for the price, although sometimes we had to wait for cutlery or larger cups for tea because the waitress couldn't do everything at once. (Perhaps a second waitress would be useful during busy times.)

United KingdomPillows on bed could have been comfier, street below a little noisy (expected given location, we both use earplugs to sleep so wasn't a problem), breakfast was OK but not amazing. A chair or two on the balcony would have been useful! These are minor gripes and overall we loved it.
Great location - you could walk to all of the main attractions and it's right next to the metro station to/from the airport. Very friendly and accommodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms with balcony (with Nespresso machine for decent coffee in the morning!)

Puerto RicoEven when my reserve was for one person, the bathroom for twin rooms are so small, specially the shower. Other than that, everything was great.
Location! So close to north station (3 minutes walked) and 15 minutes walked to the other train station. It is located 2 minutes walked from main square, right in the city center. Service from staff was superb. The facilities are extremely clean, rooms as well.

RomaniaSometimes there was a sewer smell covered with room perfume down in the reception probably because the next building was in a process of renovation. At the breakfast they didn’t have any vegetables, just some freshly squized tomatoes like a sauce.
Position in the city, close to almost all main attractions of Valencia. Good value for the money we paid for it. Very clean, they switched our towels and did the room daily. Friendly stuff, all knew English and moreover how to answer to our questions.

Great breakfast selection. Superb location right in the centre of Valencia. Only a few minutes walk to the metro the the airport. Our room was huge and spotlessly clean.
