Pool was cold, sauna isn’t available for free (30€ for 20 minutes in a Sauna is better to do not have Sauna), higiene material (soap, shower gel, toilet paper) had a really bad quality.

Metro nearby, a few restaurants options nearby and even one Italian restaurant from the hotel. Rooms were pretty much clean and with space.

Air conditioning was not working, room was really hot, could not open windows to let cool air in. Had to open door to let cool air in from noisy reception area. Reception area was like a concert hall, very noisy and lots of echoes. Staff gave us a fan to use which was a really noisy industrial fan, could not use it during the night, unable to sleep.

The room was too hot and could not turn down the cooling any more and the window was screwed shut, you have to hail your own cabs from outside but this process didn't take too long to be fair.

although AC was good I couldn’t open the window. No tea or coffee making in rooms but did have a mini bar.

the staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. great breakfast and we where grateful after long days working the food was served very late at night in the bar after the restaurant was closed by a very busy good humoured bar staff. felt very safe the atrium allowed the desk staff to see all floors especially when someone was accidentally knocking on the door.

There was just a strange noise coming from the sink of the bathroom, and it woke me up sometimes during the night. The room was a bit cold as well.

The inside swimming pool is in the garage and although it is open, it is not heated. The water is also cold, this could be advised before visiting the hotel as in January I was not expecting to go for a swim in a exterior swimming pool and the temperature was almost the same as outside.

We asked for hot water or a kettle in the restaurant they refused with very bad manners

Staffs at reception was very helpful, Hotel and cleanliness is very good,, Not far from center which helps us a lot.

The breakfast wasn’t very good and the staff at the breakfast wasn’t pleasant, with always a lot of food running out even when you go early. Also the hotel doesn’t look at all a 4* Hotel….a few things broken in our room showing that there is no good maintenance.

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a good shower as well.

No rubbish bin in the room first time I see something like that in a 4 star hotel. The rooms a bit old need renovation no restaurants nearby. Only 2 English speaking channels should be more, slow wi-fi connection.

Very clean hotel and room, huge bed, near to the airport a lot of free parking places if you are traveling with car.

there was a smell in the room its because the sliding door in the bedroom doesnt close fully so you can smell the toilet

Not providing something to prepare tea in the room.even when I went down to the restaurant to request for hot water to make my medicine, I was told its for sale. I think such a good place and also the price we pay should give us atleadt a kettle in the room to prepare tea and also given the weather. We can't keep buying cups of hot water

Cleaning every day, and breakfast was very good. There are many options
