If you like the pool you need to be down early for sun beds it’s very busy (personally we just went to the beach right across the road 6€ pp for a sun-lounger). Drink prices similar to Ireland but to be expected, however if you are a beach goer just bring your own supermarket drinks to the beach.

Close to the beach and supermarket (go to large Mercadona supermarket not the small supermarkets along the beach). Large selection for breakfast (be down before 8:30 or very large Q’s). Great air con and good size fridge. Very close to Malaga airport only a 15min walk to the train. Stayed in for evening entertainment one night and it was excellent (get down before it starts if you want seats). The main pool was good and even had a jacuzzi.

not enough sun umbrellas. in 40 degree heat unbearable! hotel needs more sun umbrellas for the guests. We especially didn’t like the mad rush for sunbeds in the morning. although appreciate the benefit of not holding sunbeds for long time if not in use.

There were just 2 electricity plugs - one in the room, another one in the bathroom. The hotel does not have room service and you can not order food or drinks into the room. The swimming pool area looks big, but the hotel is huge, so you need to go to the swimming pool from 9 o'clock if you want to got a sunbed. After 10 it is not possible to find any free sunbeds near swimming pool. Didn't like mini disco at all - animators dance on the stage and kids do not have enough place - they have to dance between tables...

Perfect location, very friendly and helpfull staff. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner choice, no crowed at the restaurant. Room was really small and simple, but clean. Perfect view to the sea and beach from the balcony. Nice sport activities: aqua gym, agua dance, bicycle in water etc. and some really fun activities for kids: foam party, trampline in the swimming pool etc. The hotel suggest free shower room for 30 minutes if you are leaving later and can't get later check-out because of high rooms occupancy.

Great staff, very clean, food was good with great options for kids (though not very Spanish), lovely room (we splurged on a junior suite). Plenty of activity options and fun evenings! Loved the location with a wonderful beach across a small road and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Appreciated the pool towels and flip-flops! Also appreciated that as half-board you could pay to eat all meals in the restaurant if you wished. Kids club is a great idea but felt the younger kids had more activity options - kids in the 9-12 range had more sports (like water basketball) - felt there could have been more organized games for less sporty girls in this age group. They did organize a really fun evening activity which the kids loved! Also it's not so easy to find pool beds with shade in the morning. But there were plenty at the beach (for 6 euro) and more pool beds come available in the afternoon. So we did beach, lunch, then siesta and pool around 4pm. Perfect!

The 2 main pools at the back were very crowded so we never got round to using it.

Location was really good for the beach and restaurants and bars. View from the room was brilliant (even on the 2nd floor). Sleeping space for a family of four, large balcony. 18 minute walk to the train station La Colina to get to Malaga Centro, but it was pleasant (uphill going, downhill back). Wasn’t able to get a late check out but had access to a room to allow us to freshen up before heading to the airport.

Buffet could be rather random at times and could be repetitive for a longer duration visit. I can’t speak for other room types, but we only had one plug socket.

Breakfast, pool, location, reception staff, lovely way to try new foods. A brilliant place for people new to travelling (simple, cheerful, friendly and close to the airport). Excellent family holiday location, with lots of activities for kids and family friendly evening entertainment.

not enough plug points in the room- only one in the room, on one side of the bed. that created some challenges when trying to charge all the electronics.

the location was great, direct access to the beach. the hotel had great amenities and things to do. it very very resort-y which was what we were looking for. room was decent in size and had a balcony as standard - loved this

One of the rooms on our booking was for 3 people but the room was not suitable for 3, more suitable for 2.

Lovely clean hotel, bar staff and reception staff v friendly, communication was v good. Room cleaned every day, pool area fab.

our minibar was meant to be filled up every day as long as we requested it before midday, and it never was, we had to keep asking.. queues also for reception desk were 10 deep all hours of the day.. Felt like there were too many guests for facilities available , and although there were plenty of sunbeds stacked up, there was no space to put them. Bedrooms were made daily, but some towels were missing and bathrooms were not cleaned.

Staff on reception were very helpful and kind. Pretty setting with the pool overlooking the beach.
