The room was very clean when we arrived however doing our stay they were just making the bed and a quick clean in the bathroom sometimes I wasn’t really sure if has been clean or not. Food was very very low quality/cook. The lady in the grill was very rude. Space in the swimming pool is not enough compering how big is the hotel.

They need to open the kitchen at 0630 pm - 10 pm. The breakfast too the need to add another hour on their schedule, the restaurant was too crowded. You didn't have enough tables / chairs to accommodate everyone .

Unable to procure a sun bed by the pool ..despite signs that sun beds couldn't be reserved., all were covered by towels ...hot food selection at breakfast and dinner very poor

Some of the food could be better quality. For example, the omelettes were not made with fresh eggs.

Pool area is nice. We always managed to find a free chair. Enjoyed the fitness classes and pool activities and the staff were motivational without being intrusive. The bed mattress was the right level of firmness and very comfy. Sangria at dinner was a nice option. The beach was easy to walk to.

Complicated route to room.up one floor in lift,then across open space and then a further lift. Room was fantastic plenty of space. Only gripe no facilities to make hot drinks in room.

The way to the rooms are a little annoying since you have to climb stairs. There’s a lift but it doesn’t take you to your floor directly. Also the food was very unseasoned unfortunately.

The car parking was difficult, also because of road works accessing the hotel was difficult. The hotel restaurant was a big disappointment, resembling a college canteen. The vast majority of the staff in the food section were most helpful and courteous with only one making you feel like you shouldn’t be waiting for the items that were being prepared, perhaps they were overworked and required a lighter role in the department.

There isn’t much I would say as our stay was really chilled. The only thing I would probably say is that the - all in inclusive should include everything as we weren’t aware of the other all inclusive option.

Overall, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Our room was in the best location as itv was just by the pool. The food was lovely too and a lot of variety.

I did not like the food at the restaurant. There was a plenty to choose from but not really tasty, the best part was the breakfast then lunch and dinner was a weak point. Also sometimes during rush hour it was hard to get a table.

I appreciate the location and friendliness of the staff was on highest level. Also hotel was clean and modern.

In terms of negatives. The cleaning of the rooms isn't good enough. It's simple a quick wipe down and making of the beds. Our feet were black after walking around the room. The bedroom was never able to get below 23c. We did mention this to the staff who later said they had fixed it. Nothing changed. This did make it very difficult to settle our baby and keep them cool. For this reason, we'd unfortunately not stay at this hotel again. At checkout, a gentleman named Ivan was very rude to my wife. Very blunt and raised his voice to her instructing her to put the towels in the corner. No questions were asked regarding our stay. This upset her and left a sour note on the holiday. To be honest this really isn't acceptable and needs to be addressed by management.

Overall, for the price the hotel was good value for money. The complex was nicely done, well decorated, and equipped. The pool was lovely with great views of the sea from the raised terrace. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms are large and modern with very big comfortable beds. However, the rooms don't have proper air conditioning. The food was of a high standard, however, the dinners are very same-ish and they do get boring. Because of this, we did eat out more times than in. The location of the hotel is good. It's in between two built-up areas, both of which are easily walkable.

The only reason I deduct points is that the room was not very clean and we had bugs. Two days before leaving, we had really problem , it seems like cockroach. So it spoiled the impression.

The staff, services, animators, evening program and food were really on a good level. The beach is really about a 4-minute walk away, it's gorgeous. We didn't have a problem with parking, but you have to read the traffic signs carefully :).

The location was brilliant, the room was fantastic only there was no kettle, really enjoyed our stay as it was our honeymoon, the all inclusive was very good with a wide range to suit everyone

The food was of a poor quality, despite the wide variety, everything was artificial, and tasteless and ruined a bit the overall experience in this hotel. The everyday live music at nights was quite loud and annoying and interrupted us if we just wanted to relax or read a book or watch our own movie.

Staff was very friendly, the whole hotel complex was nice and comfortable, the junior apartman with a pool view was a very nice room, the daily cleaning service was exceptional, everything was clean and organized and the hotel made a lot of effort to entertain the guests with activities

If you're coming with a car, the parkings are not just available. There is a parking nearby, where it's forbidden to park on mondays and thursdays, so for this days, it's gonna be tricky, since there are a lot of cars there. Also, when we arrived, we asked where we could park and staff on the reception said "wherever there is space, everywhere is ok". Well, 2 days later we ended up getting a 80 euro fine, and they were not acting nice, when I tried to speak with them about it. Most of them don't speak english well. They had some rules that are not similar in our country and we didn't know about them, however, I would expect for them to communicate them with us. We also kindly requested higher floor and we didn't get it - the receptionist couldn't even find our request at arrival even though it was sent by booking. We were not happy with the room location. Cleaning service in the morning is a nightmare, since they do not knock or anything, just burst into the room. Even later during the day when we were inside the room and they just opened the door without a knock, to step inside the room and ask you about cleaning. It was really uncomfortable.

Very clean and spacious rooms, a lot of different vegetables, salads and desserts at every meal. You can also get ice cream and cocktails in all inclusive price.

The pool and pool area are definitely too small for the number of people. We ended up not using the pool that much. However, the water temperature was really nice, warm. Breakfast was good but dinner included on half board not that much.
