Loved this charming building and all the beautiful characteristics. It was ideally located really close to the center of Ronda. The staff were wonderful- so friendly and helpful. We needed some forms printed and the lady at reception got them done for us

There was a cinema room with a sign saying the latest time to start watching a film was 9pm. When we asked to watch something we were told the film would have to be switched off at 10pm meaning we would only see half a film. Very disappointed.

It was stylish, clean and comfortable. Near to the centre. Most staff were helpful.

Hotel location is perfect, close by the bridge and town center. Hotel has parking price setting with a nearby parking , which is very convenient . The building is historic is 18th century. and the decoration feels like it, rooms are wide , we have been upgraded to large suite. room design was same as the hotel. feels like it needs a refresh urgently

Room cleaness was not enough. Bed sheets were clean, however, our feet got dirty from walking a few seps inside the room.

The cozy atmosphere was amazing. It was like staying at your gradfather's old house! The ladies at reception were extremely friendly and helpfull. Location is great, close to public parking and to main plaza.

This is just a small comment and I didn't really mind but the estate is really authentic and old that's why some small things looked like they needed small renovation. Such as door knobs, etc. Which is as I said not a dealbreaker at all.

This is a super central hotel in Ronda, where you are close to all touristic attractions. If you are driving in, you can park nearby the hotel and the staff gives you a card, which you can use to park your car somewhere nearby with a reduced price. The hotel was super authentic, and romantic. This time I travelled with my friends but I most certainly want to come back with my girlfriend. Staff also made a really nice gesture. We had to leave a bit early in the morning and they prepared breakfast for us earlier than their breakfast hours. It was a really good breakfast, too.

Signage to locate the hotel needs improvement. The sign on the street leading to the hotel, which travelers depend on, was misleading, stating only "San Gabriel" so we almost missed the street as we were looking for the actual name which is Soho Boutique Palacio San Gabriel so be careful.

This classy hotel is part of the Soho Boutique group and is located near the middle of town and is top quality. Even has a picture of Rick Steves on the wall who recommended it in his book on Spain. Excellent reception staff with friendly Maria and Isabel giving us good advice on restaurants and activities, both speaking excellent English. The room was spacious, nice mini bar with free boxed water in small containers easy to carry and the was very quiet. Breakfast was very good with good wait staff Reme and Hanan. Highly recommend this property.
