Air conditioning was hard to regulate, staff was reasonably friendly but didn’t offer any suggestions when asked and didn’t really try to be helpful

- The cleaners never replaced the toilet paper so we had to ask for that from reception, and some of the rubbish was not taken when they came to clean the room

- Really friendly reception staff and easy check-in - Room was clean and air conditioning was powerful - Bed was spacious and comfortable - Modern bathroom - Great central location with easy access to many shops, bars and restaurant

Quite noisy at night & curtains didn’t exclude the light completely. Breakfast just OK, but given the range of good options in Malaga I wouldn’t let this prevent staying again as otherwise lovely

The hotel was situated in the perfect location, within walking distance to shops and other amenities. The size of the hotel was great for our conference attendees providing a personal feel as opposed to a large chain hotel.

The room had an old smell, like it wasn't used. Super dusty, old wripped towels, stained couch, not so clean carpet, no bathroom ventilation.

The staff is very friendly; they upgraded us to junior suites and also gave us free breakfast for the 2 days. The location is perfect! Wonderful, I'd say. The breakfast is pretty tasteful—not much variety, but it's good. The view is super nice, overlooking the main street of central Málaga, which is the most important one. Despite the central location, it's not noisy. The design is very nice, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. The parking is easy to reach when is not overbooked, being a public one, not dedicated to hotel only.

Glass door separated the toilet from the bath/shower. It was clear so you could have walked into it and had an accident. Needs to have a motif on it

We emailed the hotel and requested a sea view. We were given a spectacular room with dual aspect views and two balconies. Staff were fantastic.

Even though we won a room upgrade, the room was still quite small. I can't imagine what the original room size would have been like. We had one large suitcase, and if we'd brought another, there would have been no space to open it. The closet was tiny, around 50 cm so that we couldn't fit everything inside. Additionally, there was no smart TV as we had (just) hoped. While the room had a flat-screen TV, it only connected to local channels, not Netflix. Another issue was that, as shown in the pictures I shared, the hotel room faced the front of the building, and nothing could be hung outside the window. There was also no place inside the room to dry our swimsuits and towels, so we had to head to the beach every day with damp bikinis and towels. Despite these issues, our stay wasn’t bad overall.

The location was absolutely perfect, with a street directly across leading straight to the Old Town. It easily accessed bus, train, and airline routes, which was ideal since we frequently changed cities during our vacations. We also received a pleasant surprise with a room upgrade, which improved our stay! The room was cute and elegant. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty.

The light stays on in the bathroom it eventually turns off but it can make it hard to sleep if you are someone that needs complete darkness. But this is a small thing
