Our air-conditioning did not work the first day and overnight it was very hot in the room and we had a bad night sleep. The air-con was fixed the next day but very noisy and the system seemed quite old. Our room was in a quiet corner with little patio, but the door between our room was next to reception and a downstairs WC and several times at night these doors were opened and closed and it was a little disturbing.

Great hotel, fabulous location and our room had small outside area which was a benefit as room was very small with no windows. Comfortable bed and bathroom clean and modern with exterior window.

The weather was unusually poor for the time of year...just bad luck! The town/hotels were very busy and I was a late booker so location was the most important item. We took what was available at Hotel Sitges which turned out to be a family room. In reality more like a 2 bedroom flat but without cooking facilities. It has a 2 bed and a double bedroom a sitting and dining area with settee, table and 4 chairs. The bathroom is sqeezed in but has a good walking shower. there is also a large terrace balcony. It's a bit sparse but more than adequate. The access to this block is via an external staircase which maybe too much for older people or anyone with mobility issues. Hotel Sitges has other buildings as part of the complex which are more modern and don't have this problem.

Booking.com transport from the airport to the hotel was first class and professional in everyway. The location of the hotel is about 100-150m back from the seafront and a 15-20 min walk in to the centre of Sitges which we like but may be a bit far for some. There is a half hourly in and out transport via a 'road train' which runs from Fregata to Playa Golf Hotel. There is a lively night-life, some good retaurants,beaches and it's easy to day trips into Barcelona. Hotel staff were helpful and the cleaning staff were good.

Some confusion around the bar opening times.. One night it was 22.20 had gotten a drink,but told we couldn’t sit inside because the tables had already been cleaned. Another night at 22.40 was told the bar was closed,but the barman relented after we said we were resident in the hotel,but would have to take the drinks to our room. I know the bar area was very quiet at night,but if I it is supposed to be open until 23.00..you would expect to get a drink.. The staff in the bar restaurant area were all very pleasant and helpful, sad we had this experience on our last night.

The shower gel in the paper pouches. This is the only thing I would change and maybe have tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Location is slightly out of main area but it's actually very peaceful and a lovely walk into centre.

Lovely hotel. Very modern, clean, comfortable. (Loved all the motorbikes on every floor). I had a really enjoyable stay. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lovely cafe/bar to the side of the hotel and has a nice pool and lounging area.

Shower floor was wet the evening I arrived. When I asked front desk, he had no explanation. I was concerned it hadn’t been cleaned but it was - the same thing happened two days later when someone used shower upstairs. A really small thing but front desk should be aware. Beds were not hugely comfortable.

I think the apartment would benefit from having a kettle at the very least. It would have been nice to have a coffee first thing without having to dress to go down to the downstairs cafe. It's just a small thing though.

The hotel/apt is about a 5-10 minute walk from bars/restaurants and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool is very small. It's more for cooling down than swimming. The cafe/bar is lovely. Nice to have a coffee. The apartments are very basic but good value for money. If I was looking for a cheap short stay I would book this hotel again.

The bathroom design was very chic but not very practical as the light is on a motion sensor meaning using the toilet in the night wakes up your partner and also goes off while in the shower, you have to come out wet in the dark and wave to Turn it back on! The shower cubicle leaks a lot of water across the bathroom floor and there was nowhere to place toiletries in the shower. A bit more Storage Space in the room would be helpful. Disappointing to have no tea/coffee facilities in the room at this price point.

Great Location near the Beach and walkable to Sitges Main town but in a quiet leafy area. The pool area was great and everything was very clean and well maintained. Room was comfortable, lovely bed and bedding, and nicely decorated with very modern clean style. Breakfast had varied options but was slightly overpriced for what it was.

Not as close to town but at the same time very quiet. Door in the room dont have a lock and the bathroom light had no switch so i had to keep opening doors to keep the light on

Could get a bit noisy when they cleaned other rooms, from quite early in the day. You can hear the vacuum and furniture being moved around. Was located a bit far (15 min walk) to the city centre.

We booked a Garden room. The room was tiny and the Garden Even smaller. No intimacy and overlooked. We didn't use the garden.

You could hear noises from the hallway pretty loudly

Our family of five, including kids, had a great stay. The rooms were spotless, and the beds and sheets were very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast. Additionally, the front desk staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, guiding us through the steps to catch the bus from Sitges to the airport.

I booked a "double/twin room" which is what I wanted, but did not realise that there would be no balcony. I assumed from the photos that all rooms came with a balcony or terrace, but only those rooms listed as "double/twin room with balcony" or "double/twin room with garden" have this. Given these options were not available for my chosen dates, they were not listed. It would have been helpful to state in the room description that there was no balcony e.g. "double/twin room - no balcony" to avoid disappointment. Some additional storage space for clothes would have been useful - e.g. chest of drawers etc If these were resolved, I would give to hotel 10/10

Near to the beach. Bright, modern room with great shower, comfy beds and air conditioning. Lovely breakfasts - great range, nice room and breakfast finishes at 11am on weekends. Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to stay by the pool after checkout and there is a separate shower room to shower and change before travelling.
