- Shower gel in packets is not practical. - No shelf in the shower to place shower gels. - No other table in the room except for the small bedside tables; a small desk with a chair was missing. - Very small and impractical wardrobe. - Music constantly playing in the premises, which was eventually turned off and only present at the reception and the pool area. - The emergency exit light in the room is too bright, preventing complete darkness. - Few tables available during breakfast when it is crowded; we had to eat at a table that was not cleared, with the remains of the previous customers, and the staff in charge of the room did not think to clear it for a single second.

- The hotel is located in a rather quiet residential area, very close to the waterfront. - The bed was very comfortable and quite large. - The shower was also very spacious, with a very minimalist bathroom. - The small garden with a pool and sun loungers.

Some work still needs to be done on the facilities such as a soap holder in the shower and more and better quality shower gel/soap provided. The surround music is good but should stop playing at night. Breakfast too expensive for the options and quality provided. Too many tinned fruits and juice.

No extra outlets beside the bed (for charge cords or sleep machine) we had to unplug the bedside lamp. Mattress was rather hard, glad we only stayed one night.

There was no hot water on the night we arrived and still none the following morning. We followed this up and although it was rectified before we checked out there was no urgency or apologies from the staff member. A hot shower is a basic requirement for an overnight stay.

Air Conditioning is seasonal, (that should be a mention on websites) was there in May so no AC. I had to open windows to cool room down. Problem was I had single room with balcony in front, between noisy dog in house across the street, drunk customers arriving, mosquitoes and flood lights in front of building. Was not sleep ideal. Also room is very small I would suggest bed is higher to have place to stow suitcase like on cruise ships. Wifi did not allow streaming like Netflix or Apple TV , as well as VoIP like magic jack did not work.

Pool was not working (maybe they are remodeling) One day we arrived 21-22 hours and asked for dinner, it was cans from the supermarket.

The place is in a quiet residential area. The rooms are fine. It seems that they are remodeling the place. The breakfast is excellent. You can stay in the hotel and relax. One day there was live music in the afternoon but we could not arrive on time.
