The organisation of Singular Stays is very customer unfriendly. So many rules and threats of fines. The management attitude is very off putting. It is well named as I'd only want to stay with them one singular time. They give a LOT of information but omitted a very vital point - that the office from which the keys must be collected is in a non-car parking zone. Also, they did not even give the full correct address (as Google Maps offers 6 other places with the same name). And when I found it there was no clear sign on the main entrance. So be warned - you need to walk through the restaurants at the Placa de la Reina, leaving your luggage somewhere else.

I have read in the reviews about a bad smell. I didn t take it too seriously, but unfortunately is smells really bad in the apartment. We tried to leave the windows open during day but it didn t help. It is a pity that you can get rid of that smell no matter what. We didn t use the kitchen at all because it was impossible to eat there . The smell is strong, like a canal.

The apartment looks exactly like in the photos and the location is great. It is situated in the heart of Valencia.

No batteries for the remote control on television.

Prime location with comfy beds, hot shower and full kitchen. Lift directly up to door 21 on the 5th floor, washing machine, cleaning materials and iron were very much appreciated too.

Very, very bad smell from the toilet. All clothes and towels smell so bad then... It was so bad when coming back to the apartment from fresh air to this smelly rooms. And They want to send a photo of your ID (which is not safe) and then you have to personally get the keys. So why they need photo of your ID before?

Ok so it was awesome. Location and kitchen were great! Nice people.

The lack of mosquito screens on the two windows. We went in February and there were mosquitos - in the summer it must be a major problem. But the main downside is the strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which is located in the bedroom. The smell is probably due to the lack of extractor or window in the bathroom. The flat smelled strongly when we arrived. The smell was very strong in the morning and when we came back from being out. Once in the flat and with the windows open it did get better, especially in the living room (it would never disappear though)

Location equal to none. Right in the centre with lots of restaurants nearby, excellently situated to visit main places in Valencia. The flat itself is good with enough space for one parent and two children (even for two parents) and it is in an overall good state.

The key pick up was a bit confusing. And here also wasn’t much information provided in the apartment. It said to dispose of all rubbish yourself which is ok but it wasn’t clear where to dispose of rubbish. It was only by chance we say a sign in the apartment hallway. There was also no bathroom products which was a bit annoying as we hadn’t traveled with any shower lotion for example.

The location is the best you can get in Valencia. It was just perfect to see everything. With amazing restaurants on your door step. Apartment is very comfortable and had everything for a good stay.

There were some issues with access. I registered on line and form indicated success. However, property contacted me a couple of days before arrival to say I had not registered. This was sorted via WhatsApp but on arrival final access arrangements not made. I rang office and a very helpful young lady came to our rescue but process was stressful.

It’s location was perfect for exploring old town.It’s facilities were overall good.

There are 3 things missing: soap under shower, tea, and maybe umbrella for the beach. But they are not must haves. Just nice additions to the stay.

Appartment is in top location. 200 m from central market. Its clean beds are comfy. It's all you need.

There's not very pleasant smell in the bathroom coming from the ventilation, but it was OK for me.

Great location, you can't imagine more central location in Valencia, yet quite calm. Cool historical building and apartment contains some atmospheric furniture. All amenities.

It needed a little more checking prior to arrival (drains flushing, door furniture fixing- we did this, cover for stool missing), but these things were minor.

It was great to have a lift (5th floor). The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully central. The young team were just lovely.

Check-in process wasn’t the best. We found the office after 30 minutes of wandering. The electrical installation of the apartment is weak and if you plug in more things, the fuse falls out.

We had everything we needed. The location was good and the apartment was spacious and cozy. We spent really good time. :)
