Sometimes it was disturbing that our neighbours smoked on the balcony and we had to close the balcony door. I’d prefer smoking areas for the people who’s smoking.

Very clean and well-maintained hotel, friendly and helpful staff, 5 minutes to the beach. Breakfast also was good for its price. We enjoyed our stay!

Before the trip, I read a huge number of reviews like "the hotel was 10/10", but I didn’t believe it and had great doubts because of the unusual payment for me. Lord, what a shock it was when my partner and I arrived there. Everything was perfect, the staff simply amazed me, as well as the location, comfort, various interesting areas of the hotel and much, much more. It's not 10/10, it's 11/10! I highly recommend it, thank you very much for such a wonderful time!

I liked everything.

Everything was perfect. The service was impeccable. The food and cocktails were great. The hotel had many activities, but sadly, we had plans outside and couldn’t attend them. The pool area was very relaxing. And we liked the ambience, since most of the people were couples. We we’re lucky to be there during the games of the Eurocopa.

There are some moments when you want to be alone in the toilet/bathroom. Unfortunately, not in this hotel. Why? Well...bathroom door is too small, not big enough to cover the entrance! You can see and hear everything... Even in long-term relationship you need to have some privacy. That's a big NO.

The parking lots were always full, but aside from that everything was great.

The room we booked was very spacious with an opening to a common terase. The room was clean. Many activity options: pool, ping pong table, fooseball, lounge area. Additional relaxing space on the top levels with a mini pool and chill area. Book only with breakfast included which was good, had variety. Decided to try the dinner as well for 14.90€, I would say it was worth the money considering there was main course and dessert with options to choose from. All in all enjoyed the stay, I would come back again.

We found the room to be modern with a walk in shower. Beds and pillows were comfortable.Balcony overlooking the ocean great for us and the pool was warm and clean to swim in. Sholeo has a couple of viewing points that you can go to To watch the sunset - you can make yourself comfortable on one of the humongous bin bags and submerge in beauty. On one side you have mountains on the other Atlantic with a rugged coast . Staff members were very informative and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. You can tell that they take pride in the upkeep of the hotel. The beach PLAYA DE ARENA is 10 minutes walk from hotel. Sumerising, the location is perfect for couples. They could easily improve the experience for example with some water in the room on arrival, not having to pay extra if you want to check in just 1 hour before the check in time,

The hotel facilities are good, the swimming pool is area has a good design, with music and bar.
