Overall it was good, however you can slowly see that it’s being less taken care of, bathrooms and overall hygiene. Staff was good but maid could pay more attention to cleaning bathrooms more thoroughly.

Not per se the hotel's fault, but the beaches next to the hotel we were not allowed to swim for the majority of the stay in as the lifeguards deemed the conditions unsafe. We acknowledge this is not the hotels fault and of course safety needs to be prioritised. We choose to drive to cap de formentor instead and had some lovely beach days, but if you were visiting without a hire car this would have been an issue.

Hotel was great, exactly what we expected and fab to have two pools to choose from. Lovely staff, rooms were pleasant and food was what we expected, a little basic but lots of options and variety. Bar area was lovely and having so many sun loungers a real bonus. Parking in the village was free which was great as we hired a car. There seemed to be a bus stop outside the hotel which other guests used. We went half board and the drinks were very good value when we did choose to buy them.

4 stories that often had to be walked. Groups of local teenagers blocking the paths to the Annex building and not moving to let you by. Local teenagers laying across the entire paths to the Annex buildings, so that you had to walk over 2 to 3 people to get to the room. Goat shit all over the pathways in the mornings (would have been nice for it to have been swept up early in the morning. The showers in the Annex were built so that the entire bath (WC, sinks, floors) got wet when showering. No assistance moving luggage up/down stairs to Annex buildings. Spraying down the outside dining area during breakfast. Calling the Annex rooms "luxury" when they were quite simple standard -- just a bit bigger than other rooms.

Very good breakfast. Good dinner. Beautiful views and a phenomenal coves to swim in. Enough sunbeds so that it wasn't a problem finding a place to lay out during the day. Reasonable cost to upgrade to Annex room.

Minuses: - The Wi-Fi connection was poor; I had to reload it almost every day. - The cleanliness of the room was average. While towels were changed and floors washed, I still found my hair and sand on the floor after cleaning (I have long dark hair). - We initially had a half-board plan (breakfast and dinner only), but we switched to all-inclusive when we found out that beverages and cocktails at the buffets were not included for half-board guests. It's a pity that half-board guests couldn't have sangria with dinner. - Despite the breathtaking location, it’s a bit hard to get to the hotel as it's located at the opposite end of the island from the airport, and the hotel doesn’t offer a transfer service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your holiday. It was a lovely experience, and we had a wonderful rest.

This was our first holiday by the sea with my partner. We chose the hotel diligently, seeking a good balance between price and quality. This hotel was just perfect. Pluses: - The staff was very friendly. The women at the reception were nice and always eager to help with all my questions (I had a lot of them). - The cleaning staff was very polite. When I was carrying two glasses and trying to open the door, one of the cleaning ladies helped me—a small detail, but really appreciated. - The cook was very cheerful—I loved how he sang and enjoyed his work while preparing omelettes for the guests. - The food was delicious—we enjoyed every bite. I especially liked the themed evenings dedicated to different cuisines, allowing us to try a variety of dishes. There were also live performances, like the chef preparing pasta in a huge cheese wheel or a woman slicing jamón right in front of the guests. Awesome! - The location of the hotel is like a fairy tale—rocks, crystal-clear water, beautiful sunsets—so inspiring. It felt amazing to read on the beach with these views.

The only thing the staff didn't seem to be too much worried is the fact that the room smelled very moldy. There should be more ventilation in a modern hotel and the ventilation should not stop when the key is not in the room. This is not an inconvenience expected from a 4 stars hotel experience.

The site is wonderful and the the staff is very dedicated. The pool/beach chairs on the patio is fantastic and the food quality at the buffet is great (only snacks did not meet our personal taste, we would have liked olives while we are in Spain or Pan con aioli or con tomate. The rooms are modern and spacious.

We had an odd moment where a member of the receptionist team entered our room at 23.00 to insist on payment of the room bill. We had checked in the previous night and clearly this had been missed. It was not rectified during daytime hours and the member of staff was very abrupt. I feel it was something that could have been avoided.

Regarding the food some of the dishes were tasteless (for my/our taste at least). There are appetizers and salads which are good, but the dinner main course are okayish. There were also days when the food was good but depending on the type/origin of the food (spanish, italian etc.). Also the coffee was not the best but i could see that the majority of the “all inclusive” hotels have the same coffee machine and experienced the same tasteless coffee in other hotels as well. As mentioned above about the activities: as we had the room in the first floor we could hear everything starting with 22 o’clock. Not bragging but at some point we wanted to rest and not hear the loud live music. Guess if you ask for a room at a higher floor they’ll be nice and offer you one.

A very nice hotel with sea view. Had a beautiful and clean room. The cleaning lady was very dedicated on doing her job perfectly. The staff was also very nice and friendly. During the day there are some nice activities like pool sports and in the evening bingo/live music. Had as well big variety of food but the taste wasn’t the best.

Rooms were a bit small - we had to move a lounge chair to the balcony to fit both our suitcases. Wi-fi wasn't really that good and the fact that we had to pay for drinks other than water for dinner, even though we had half pension, was disappointing. Hotel is also a bit pricey in our opinion...

The location is absolutely unmatched! Right by the ocean with crystal clear water and great views. We had a room with sea view, which is really recommendable. Breakfast and dinner was really nice compared to other half pension/all inclusive-places we have stayed at - really good variety of food every night. Would also recommend doing the short hike up the small mountain in Cala Sant Vicenc to watch the sunset - magical!

During the entire trip (it was 9 nights) I did not see sheets being changed. It was a little disappointing. I would also like more towels in the room, as having gone to the beach several times, it is inconvenient to use wet ones.

The staff were always ready to help, there was a variety of food and cooks who could always exchange a few words with you or joke with you. The view from the window to the beach with a private balcony where you can meet sunrises and sunsets was also great.

Some things were a little rundown like the pool or gym - some things were missing I would expect at a four star hotel. Like soaps / lotion / functioning hairdryer.

The location was superb and the staff was very attentive and helpful. I especially remember Sammy at reception who not only a speaks every language but gives great tips and gustavo who made breakfast. Also the other staff at breakfast was nice and helpful.

At check in the receptionist wouldn’t accept my Spanish passport as a valid identification to register in the hotel. He said that I should present a Spanish identification card because of tax matters. This is the first time I’ve been asked for this in a hotel and I often travel to Spain for leisure trips. The receptionist offered an upgrade to compensate for this and he offered a room with a view to the garbage bins which I didn’t accept. Food was okay - plenty of choice and we could always find something to eat. However, not inspiring and many dishes were either too bland, or hilariously over salted. We didn't come home any heavier than we left! Also, the deposits for the sun towels needs to be with cash, whereas everything else can be paid with card - this still seems a non-sensical decision. The only available cash machine charges 3.95 euros to use! This was (almost) the only cash I had to take out on holiday - thanks Globales for pretending the pandemic didn't happen. Oh and don't forget to buy mosquito repellent once you arrive in Mallorca - this appears to be a big issue in the north east of the island.

Great sea views and dedicated balcony. Lovely staff and very clean hotel - both the public areas and the rooms. Always managed to find two sunbeds together and onsite facilities were well maintained. If all we'd wanted to do was sunbathe and socialise, we could have stayed in the hotel all week. Easy access to swim in the sea and 'animacion' for those who wanted some yoga or sport. Stunning views of the rugged coastlines. Big shout out to Jomonjo, Marta, Adrian, Dana and others in the frontline team who really put the effort in to being great hosts.

There was a smell of sewage wafting in the room at certain times of the day, we think it came from outside as there was a bad smell when we walked around outside the same side of the hotel our room was on. Would have given 10 if it wasn't for this.

Room was very nice, comfortable mattresses, clean, beautiful location, quiet with some nice places to walk around, taxi and bus services were good to visit other places. Room cleaned daily new towels provided if needed.
