The location is unbeatable. However, be aware that you won’t probably get a room with views to the Sagrada Familia from the balcony! 😉

The water running cold- its understandable but also not the best when staying in a big group. Also there were no mirrors in some of the rooms! The place deffo need more mirrors 7 girls sharing 2 mirrors was hard 😂

Location was beautiful and the deco of the place was nice and modern. Overall very happy with the stay and friendly reception staff.

Location was awesome!! It was a nice, clean and spacious apartment. Great to have parking facility. View from the roof top terrace was amazing! Laundry facilities in the apartment.

Wi-fi is very poor. Wi-fi is an essential requirement for all travellers especially those with children given the constant need to stream. I appreciate the apartments are fully booked at NY but that’s not an excuse for poor wi-fi.

Staff are all extremely helpful and courteous. Apartments are clean, sizeable and well appointed. Apartments are 40 secs walk away from the metro and you can be on the beach in 12 mins or La Rambla in 7 mins.

The double bed was two singles pushed together which I find very frustrating. The shower was hot which was good but not very powerful (it was fine though). The cleaning was just once during the stay and we were supposed to be out for it. I appreciate why that is but it was slightly inconvenient.

We had a balcony at the back of the property that overlooked the Sagrada Familia, best balcony view I've ever had, just amazing! Reception staff spoke perfect English, were easy to communicate with over message prior to the visit and they were really helpful throughout, The room was spotless, was well fitted with a modern feel and had everything we needed, I wouldn't hesitate to go back. With regards to location, given proximity to the Sagrada Familia, if you want to stay around that part of Barcelona it is ideal but if you want to spend your time around the Ramblas/Port/beach/gothic areas then it is about 15-20 minute journey including walking and the underground metro. We found this no problem at all as we like travelling around a city but I imagine some family groups would be better staying slightly more south that we did so they could walk to all those areas. You probably wouldn't find such nice accommodation at this price there though, certainly wouldn't get such an amazing view.

Nothing we did not like. The apartment was great, staff was very friendly, warm, professional and helpful.

We were a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children below 14 yrs). We loved it! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, fully loaded with all the amenities for a home-from-home stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us when we needed assistance with our little one and came back to the apartment after we'd checked out hours ago.
