It is a practical choice, i.e. near the airport, but not close or easy transit to anything else.

Clean, helpful - booked my 2:45AM taxi as the free shuttle did not operate until 5AM, pool for last rays of sunshine, multiple food options on site.

The hotel is quite old - access card to my door stopped working twice during my stay and I had to go to the reception to fix it - it was quite annoying. Also the door to the room was not really isolating acoustically - I could hear everything from the corridor very loud. Thankfully I had earplugs. No noises from the airport though.

Free airport shuttle is perfect, I had trainings in the airport cargo area and it was accessible by foot or bus (stop just in front of the entrance). Within 10 minute walk also metro station, some shops and bakeries in the neighbourhood. In general neighbourhood was very nice. Tea/coffee set in the room was highly appreciated, also the cleanliness of the room and comfortable bed and darkening curtains. Water bottles in the minibar were also a nice surprise, especially that tap water in Madrid is not really good for drinking. Staff at the reception was also very helpful.

Bedside units and dressing table seems a little dated n old fashioned, some minor scratches and marks, one night a big party arrived late at night n made a lot of noise, the fridge in the room could have better as didn't get your drinks coll enough certainty for my tastes. One, issue was resolved as I when you remove the room key from the circuit port for the lights also turn off all power points n sockets,and even when I asked for an additional key, to leave in the room to recharge my power banks and other devices, the maid took the card and handing it in therefore these were still dead when I returned after a very long day exploring the city. I was expecting a walk on shower unit but my room had a bathtub with shower attachments, and you could see marks on the tub where showers mats were once used, bathroom floor was v slippy especially getting in and out of the bathtub

Proximity to airport, free shuttle bus, good public transport links, fab pool, good facilities, room had plenty of space, decent WiFi connection, v comfy bed, good view from balcony, air con was on point, very quiet area.

there is a bar next door of the property that attracted a lot of LOUD drunk travellers, which included them coming to the hallways of the hotel since they were staying there

Perfect hotel if you need to be near the airport, it was fast and efficient getting to and from the aiport, make sure you book your FREE shuttle with the front desk, shuttle leave the hotel super packed.

Advertised as a triple room but really a split double and a camp bed. It was a comfortable camp bed but it moved around quite a bit in the night

It would be nice to have a small table and chairs on the balcony to the room.

The hotel has a pool and a selection of places to eat and drink. The staff were very helpful and let us leave our luggage after checkout and return to collect it and use the shuttle service to the airport.

The swimming pool closes at 8pm . I was so looking forward to a swim at the end of the day and was too late, despite it being summer.

Large room, comfortable bed. Easy check-in. I would stay here again.

Difficult to find and disappointing that garage was full (unable to advance book) as it was late at night that we arrived and available street parking was some distance away.
