Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

This is a very nice place. It had one double bed, two twins and another pullout twin. It has a separate area for a kitchenand living room. The washer was very helpful. It is a nice two bedroom apartment in a middle of town. I highly recommend Second Home Arzua

MexicoI loved the apartment it really felt like "home". Sparkling clean, with some fruit and pastries in the kitchen, some drinks in the fridge, coffee for us to make and enjoy. I was able to do laundry. And the apartment was soooo spacious for European standards.

Very clean, well located and equipped flat! The host was lovely and really helpful. We arrived soaking wet from a rainy day, and were grateful to find a washing machine and sufficient drying space to dry our clothes overnight.

The location and host were great. A clean and well furnished apartment. It was pouring with rain when we finished our Camino walk for the day and arrived to a warm apartment with some snacks, fruit, milk & refreshments which was very much appreciated.

Apartment was large, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and living room. Very clean and comfortable. Ana is great host. Location was excellent just in main street of downtown. Many restaurants and pubs closely. Coffee, coffeemaker, snacks and bottle available for free. It has water ( No dryer).

Communication with host was excellent - check-in was very easy and simple. Very clean apartment. Spacious. Bathroom was spacious with a great shower. Comfortable bed. We prepared dinner and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Washing machine and drying rack always a bonus when walking the camino. Location was close to supermarkets - Dia and Froiz! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in the apartment. Thank you
