Staff weren’t that friendly, room had the odd hair and a finger nail in the bathroom. Wasn’t cleaned properly each day.

My son has a nut allergy and, after talking to the head chef that evening, the next day key dishes were labelled with allergens and vegetarian information symbols - great response. Luggage room available which was great as we had an evening flight.

Very comfortable hotel with well-designed rooms, but the staff is a bit not smiley and the food is not so decent. However, price is not so overwhelming, so still fair.

Breakfast needs more options, this is a hotel with 4 stars, for this frequency of people definitely need more food options.

Hotel is very nice, clean, spacious and in a great location. The room was big, clean with a nice bathroom and balcony. Balcony was watching on the mountain and the main road and was pretty quiet, the side with the pool was very noisy. Staff was nice and polite. Location is great, near the beach, a big mercadona market is nearby and only a train station is far away (it said on a map you need a 15 min but personalny think is a little bit far away). The main entrance is on lower street.

The fruit and baked goods were stale - advise to go down very early. There was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom and it was leaking. Received a lecture from the male when I asked to bring some breakfast up to my badly burnt partner.

The young lady at the reception was very kind helping me with the travel system. There is a pass through for the beach very close to the hotel but the train station is a 20 minute walk.

We didn't like the food.. the taste wasn't special and no big variety. Wished we had only taken bed and breakfast without dinner.

We liked the location and the Flamenco show on Saturday.

The breakfast and diner was very good. There was no problem about the food disponibility at any hour.

Too much intertaiment for children in the evenings, and too little for adults. I would prefer to have more life music in the evenings.

The cleaning staff made their job excellent! Also, the staff at the cantina was very nice. The hotel facilities are very nice.

The room was towards very busy road. The walls are very thin. There is no drying space for your beach and swim wear. There is a hostel next to the hotel with strange people around. The elevator was too busy many times, so we had to walk to 5th floor. I expected to have different fruits for breakfast (only ananas and orange) - for our 6 day stay.

The hotel is close to a beach. The swiming pool is a very nice bonus. The staff in the hotel reception and restaurant was friendly. The table organization in the restaurant was handled well. The frindge in the room was a nice surprise for me. The airconditioning worked pretty well.

Elevators are crazy slow, with 9 floors and a couple of hundred rooms the two elevators just cant cope: they are slow, small and always busy. Very Noisy and crowded in the buffet-area. Pool is okey, but too small for the numbers of guests at this hotel. Aircondition is very poor.

Acceptable value for money, nice breakfast with a lot to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff. Magic show during evening entertainment was good. Nice view from the top floors. Located close to the beach.

The smell of plates and dinning room which always been smelly of eggs and fish. All other thing were great .

It’s so close to transportation and also beach. We stayed as all-inclusive and enjoyed all facilities. Great breakfast , foods and drinks. also there were great night shows and entertainment. I liked flamenco dance.
