We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandWasn't really staffed on the Sunday morning I was leaving, but it was okay - they were responsive to my texts. Location is kinda nowhere, but close enough to the City and the Airport that the taxi fare wasn't too bad.
Lovely little place just outside of Santander. I arrived quite late so the desk wasn't staffed for check-in, so there was a bit of a wait. No problems other than that. Beds were very comfortable and I had no difficulties being warm enough throughout the night. Decor was interesting... very American. It added charm. Bathroom was clean and the water was warm. Staff were kind enough to call a taxi for me in the morning.

SpainVery noisy from very early, could hear water being used from somewhere, too loud to be able to sleep.. The beds were small and uncomfortable. In the bathroom, the shower head was cracked so the water went everywhere. I was expecting a relaxing night and a good sleep but this was not possible.
