We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesHard to find hotel on a non traffic street. You must check in first to find out where the paid parking is located. Frosted glass between shower and bedroom, therefore no privacy when you shower.
Great location. Clean and comfortable beds with nice linens. Quiet. Close to cafes, bars and restaurants. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.

CanadaThe staff were not welcoming or willing to accommodate. Most could not speak any english which made it difficult. I enjoy having coffee in my room in the morning but the room did not come supplied with regular coffee or milk. They had decaf instant coffee and tea(which wasn't in a protective package). The room was dark with not much light in the bathroom.
Breakfast was good. Location beautiful and right close to the main part of town. Room was very clean.

United StatesThe entire bathroom has glass and doors walls, which do not provide much privacy. Private parking was close and convenient, but expensive at 16 Euro per day.
Great location, right in the center of the historic district. Located on a pedestrian street with plenty of places to eat and drink. Safe area, clean room, lift (elevator), and private parking.

Beautiful hotel located right on the edge of the old town provides and excellent starting point for any tour of the city. Our suite was large and comfortable, with many of the details to attention that you would expect from a four-star hotel. Hotel staff went out of their way to check us in early and was helpful with any questions about the city. Parking is also conveniently available right next to the hotel.

AustraliaOur bathroom had a lot of equipment like a large spa bath but oddly no shower. It was neither practical for us to wash efficiently nor reasonable for us to fill the spa tub while Spain was experiencing a terrible drought.
The staff at this hotel were lovely and helpful. The location is excellent, right on the perimeter of the old town. Communication before arriving was easy, and for those driving, there is secure off-street parking (needs to be reserved at the time of booking).
