The location was fantastic! Hotel was great and the room was wonderful. For female guests there was even a hair straightener. I have never seen that before in any hotel!

It's very difficult to find very restricted no parking near the hotel and streets so narrow. Sat nav took us round in Circles trying to go up one way streets. Parking at the hotel was OK when we actually found it.

Location excellent, close to centre. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

For two male friends sharing the glass panels of the bathroom provided very little privacy

Everything was fine except for people like us who came by car should take note of maybe having to park quite a distance away from the hotel as it is situated right at the beginning of a pedestrian zone ( and I think stiff fines are issued if by mistake you arrive at the hotel by the pedestrianized routes).As we arrived in the evening,we simply had to pay the parking ticket to park in the street but it was a fair distance away for someone like me who doesn't know the meaning of travelling light (with her suitcase and bags😉) ,and the next day we added to the parking fee in order to explore the city more( well worth it!)and again, I found walking that distance with luggage, tiring.Ofcourse, I think the hotel may have a carpark but it's rather more expensive than paying to park in the street.Otherwise, everything was fine.

The property is pretty and well kept. The staff courteous and friendly. The room was nice with a very comfortable bed.

Its outside the control of the hotel, but if you are travelling by can be aware of the the pedestrian zone. The Hotel is right on the edge. You can only approach the hotel one way.

The location is execeelnt for visiting Huesca. The room was a good size and clean.

Glass walls and doors for bathroom lacked any privacy. In house restaurant closed but had no notification until arrival. Not aware of needing to pre book facilities and at an extra charge per person.

A/C didn't work well and when I approached the staff they told me I would have to wait until the next morning for the technician. Also, the wifi signal was extremely weak and didn't reach my room well.

Nice, modern hotel with good amenities. Location in the heart of town close to restaurants, shops, etc.

Spectacular bathroom, roomy shower and updated. Room also had fridge. I had a quiet room away from main street which allowed for deep sleep. Front desk staff were very welcoming and informative with any assistance one required and had various foreign language skills.

Hard to find hotel on a non traffic street. You must check in first to find out where the paid parking is located. Frosted glass between shower and bedroom, therefore no privacy when you shower.

Great location. Clean and comfortable beds with nice linens. Quiet. Close to cafes, bars and restaurants. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.

My only point that I didn’t like was there was no free water to make a hot drink given that coffee sashes were provided in the room and the cost of a small 250ml bottle of water was €1.50

Our reception when we arrived was very poor, no greeting the girl just looked at us and waited for us to state what we came to do. Some schooling in hotel work definitely needed.
