You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Absolutely everything, even the weather was kind. Fantastic half board meals with quality produce. Free parking for our motorcycle in the underground car park. Excellent!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room with the large balcony and it was so nice. The bed was comfy and the air con was brilliant as it was very hot. The shower was amazing so powerful. Food was good you can either eat inside in the restaurant or outside in the bar. We only ate in the bar and the food was lovely. Burgers , salads, steak something for everyone.

Fantastic modern Hotel in the newer part of Ainsa but within easy walking distance to the old town, it took us about 15 minutes but be aware it is all uphill and up many steps. Good plentiful Breakfast, excellent food was also served all day/evening in the Bar with a separate Restaurant offering a full Menu! Room was big and comfortable. We were also able to park our Motorbike in their underground garage!

The bar and restaurant were both very busy when we arrived on a sunny Saturday afternoon but we were well looked after and settled in. Secure parking was under the Hotel in an easy accessible location. Two Golden Eagles came down to say hello, at least it felt that way. Dinner was excellent with attentive staff. Good location just below the Old Town.
