Restaurant staff were understaffed and often made us feel unwelcome.

Perfect location, right on the beachfront, with a walk to the harbour in one direction and the town in the other.

Rooms were a little small but totally functional and comfortable. Pool has shade of an afternoon which was when the h listen wanted to play and noise from the pool carried up to our room.

I absolutely love this hotel and have stayed here many times. It has a perfect location right on the seafront, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, excellent service, and a very polite and positive staff. I always feel at home here. There is a private garage and plenty of parking spaces. The entrance is a bit narrow, but I have never had any problems with it. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The gym equipment could be updated, there aren’t enough weights.

It’s not a dislike but wouldn’t recommend booking breakfast included. The breakfast on offer isn’t anywhere close to the one on offer at the front for similar prices.

The location is superb if you’re looking for a quieter spot but with access to the town and a good range of restaurants literally on the doorstep. The one attached is the best for breakfast in the town! Staff helpful, supplying beach towels any time. Easy walk from the station.

If we stay here again we would just have room only. The breakfast was outsourced to the adjoining restaurant which appeared to give priority to the general public rather than the guests of the hotel. The standard of the food was also significantly at a lower standard.

The property was in a great local just a short walk into the old town. The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. The rooms were spotlessly clean very day.

It was probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in… the location, the friendliest reception staff, especially Alex :), the wonderful view of the sea and promenade from the balcony, super yummy 😋 breakfasts…. All! I will definitely come back! 💫

It's a little expensive for Sitges - but you get what you pay for.

Lovely hotel on the seafront at Playa San Sebastian, which is a slightly quieter area only minutes walk from the main hubbub of Sitges. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea front which was fantastic. The beds are huge and comfortable, and the rooms are a good size and very well appointed. WiFi worked well everywhere. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool area is small but adequate for a refreshing dip if you don't fancy the beach, and also surrounded by beautiful planting which makes it very relaxing. This is a low key luxury option on Sitges waterfront. Highly recommend.
