I left an expensive T-shirt in the apartment and message the owner. They said nothing was found which is impossible as I did not open my bag until I arrived home.

The door lock was very sticky. It took a number of tries to open it. We thought we would have to call for help but eventually got it.

The location was great. The suite was comfortable for what we needed. The host Cristina was very responsive. The air conditioner and one blind didn't work but she fixed it.

One of the beds had a plastic protector on which rustled and would have been too hot to sleep in. The apartment smelt very strongly of sewage, which appeared to be coming from the bathroom drains.

The apartment is well located in a lovely street with cafes and little shops. It is in walking distance of all sights; cathedral and royal alcazar 18 mins, plaza de España and Maria luisa park 40 mins; Setas de Sevilla 10 mins. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything that you need for a few days stay. Cristina was a great host who was quick to respond to messages and met us at the apartment for check in.

The bathroom mirror located on the stairs wall is not conducive to shaving or make up application. I suggest placing a stretch arm mirror on the wall on the side of the vanity.

The mattrasse is too hard. We woke up with back aches, in turn we had to see an osteopath upon our return to the UK 2 Plates should be provided. We ate our Gluten Free bread on tissue papers instead. A small mirror is needed in the bedroom

Some items in the kitchen seemed a bit tired. There was no draining board to put things after washing up. Cleanliness could have been a bit better: there was an old toothbrush on the floor under the shelves in the bathroom...

Cold: took 24 hours to warm up. Hard to recommend in winter. Check in details via WhatsApp, which I don’t get on with. Suggest using Booking platform & pre warming the apartment.

Great location and easy communication with host . The apartment had everything you need and is very comfortable. The only negative was the showers which could be cold and not overly powerful often however with older buildings etc I think this is common occurrence and wasn’t a huge deal with the heat . The host was friendly and quick to respond to any queries . Great value for money would recommend this apartment to friends .

The kitchen misses some accessories and the equipment is sparse. The rooftop terrace has only one lamp, which does not offer enough light. The other light sources provided (like fairy lights) were not working. One of the beds had, what I think, some loose screws. This caused the bed to be unstable and wobble forwards / backwards. But, it was okay to sleep on it for our stay.

The apartment is in a very good location. It is also quite at night. There is a lot of stuff to do around with coffe shops, restaurants, bars and a lot more within walking distance. Grocery shopping can be done at many of the shops nearby and the nearby bakery has delicious croissants and breads to offer. The city centre is also nearby and many of the local attractions are accessible by foot. The apartment itself is clean and cozy with a pleasant rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a nice outside breakfast or dinner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there is room for improvement as the apartment has a lot of potential to offer an even better experience.

We went for 3 days and it was a great location with easy access, spacious apartment and clean overall. Air conditioning and back garden also which is great when you come back after a long day of exploring the city! Quiet neighborhood and very close to the old town which is about 5-10 minutes walking on the historical streets! Cafe and restaurants plus shops for groceries very close to walking distance. The owner Cristina was great by communicating with us and advising how to get to the apartment. Easy access with code for front door and also code to get your key for the apartment.

We don’t have anything negative to say about the apartment. Cristina offered to bring more towels and toilets rolls during our stay and I asked if we could have a towel for dishes and she brought them to the apartment within a few hours.

We stayed in a 2 bed attic apartment with a roof terrace for 5 nights. The apartment was perfect for our stay. It is located in a quiet street but with lots on your doorstep and is in easy walking distance to Seville’s sightseeing attractions. We loved having the bakery a few steps away for morning croissants and a small supermarket 2 mins away. Cristina was an excellent host and was always on hand to answer any questions we had.

Second bedroom is not a bedroom but an open upper floor that is also the access to the roof terrace. Beds where uncomfortable and the shower in the en-suite was not attached to the wall. The hot water was not sufficient for all of us to shower in the mornings. We had to stagger showers. Couch very uncomfortable

Location was good 20 min walk to most attractions, lots of local bars etc within a few minutes walk

We loved the location as it was quiet at night but close to the city centre. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in the winter sun on the roof terrace. Cristina was quick to reply to any questions, would book again.
