Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We were a group of 12 and from the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left, we met the friendliest staff. Everyone was so nice and attentive. Cocktails on the rooftop bar were fabulous. There was a huge variety for breakfast. Room was amazing (got bumped up to a suite) and the other 5 rooms were also very spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping were around all the time and the hotel was spotless. Location is perfect... At the foot of the old town and a 500m walk to the beach through a lovely park. We loved it so much we have booked for next year!

A really nice room with a balcony. The staff and location were great. The pool area and bar is nicely done and great for a cocktail at sunset. Didn't use the gym but it had all the basics you'd need.

We were in Marbella for a wedding and a lot of guests booked here on my recommendation. None of them were disappointed. This is our new home in Marbella.

I absolutely loved the location, especially the fresh breeze that greeted me as I walked from the entrance to the reception. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable—my bathroom was spotless, and they cleaned my room twice a day, which was a first for me in any hotel. That level of attention to detail made me love my stay even more. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and to top it off, I was greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival. It was such a thoughtful and beautiful touch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience

United KingdomThe pool area on the roof doesn’t open until 11am as the staff who do breakfast also open upstairs - so if you wanted to get out and sunbathe after breakfast- you can’t. Also the breakfast itself is average. Flaccid bacon. And the worst toaster I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Took forever.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent hotel. Very modern and clean although we never received a maid service during our stay. The roof top bar had lovely views and a great bar service. I would highly recommend a stay here to visit the old town of Marbella. The roof top bar was really well designed with stunning views and a lovely bar area.
